Decker SK1215BC Family Electric Skillet

The wide range of cooking usage, exquisite and lovely design, matched with an adorable pink color, makes the electric skillet more popular among teenagers and girls. The quick-release variable temperature probe releases quickly. The surface is non-stick. The dial control is easy to use. You can view cooking progress with a glass lid.

Brand: Black+decker

👤I have ordered from Amazon many times. This one is the worst. It would be decent if I were a Black and Decker. Wrong! I only used one of the feet. I don't know where it is or where it could be. The glass lid isn't right. I've tried many ways and it doesn't fit. It heats well, with all that being said. If I still had the original packaging, this would be going back. Very disappointed.

👤We use an electric skillet more than any other kitchen appliance. We bought this one after a different brand's coating burned off in about 2 weeks of use. There is a This skillet is very important to me because it is large, cooks evenly, and is very important to me. The non-stick surface worked well for about a year of use. We retired the skillet since it still has some life in it, but kept it as a back-up since the non-stick surface got a few "thin spots". If we had kept the temperature to no more than 375-degrees, it would still be in use today, as we have learned that it is important not to use the highest heat with any non-stick surface. This is the best electric skillet I have ever used.

👤It is easy to clean. There are performance negatives. The heating element on the griddle has hot spots, the thermostat isn't accurate. The plastic side arms are cheap. There are no rubber feet or anti skid bottoms on the legs. If I don't pay attention, it slides around on my counter. I had this happen before, when I was frying chicken cutlets and one of them got stuck on the tray. I moved the pan about 12 inches and hot oil sprayed my hand and counter. If I pushed it off the counter I would have sent the tray, hot oil and chicken all over my dog. It would have been over. There is a I only use rubber pads on the feet for pancakes, eggs, and really breakfast stuff. There was no bacon. I have always done that in the oven.

👤I bought this because it was a black and decker, I have liked their products in the past. It was ok for about 6 months before we noticed the heating element was too cold. The coating on the inside got discolored. We had to cook towards the center of the pan because the perimeter was a bit cooler. There is a After 14 months, it finally gave out today. The temperature control was on the lowest setting, which made it too hot and cold. It is done. There is a I expected more from the price and brand name. I will not be buying a black decker.

👤I love this item because it saves time and space in my kitchen. It gets very hot very fast. I bought this to make Gordon Ramsey's Christmas gravy. I don't think I have a better word for it, but when you have it say at 350 degrees it warms up to that tempature and then slowly declines, this happened with the last one I had as well. Maybe I'm missing something, but I just wish it would stay at that temp, rather than having to turn it up full blast.

Brand: Elite Gourmet

👤In my family of 3, we use an electric skillet a lot. We've tried all of the major brands. This is the best. The best one we've had so far is gout. It is better in a few ways. The skillet seems to have thicker metal on the bottom than other skillets, and it distributes the heat very evenly. It doesn't show a "hot circle" where the heating element is. 2. The non-stick coating has not shown any signs of being discolored. Food will stick, and most others develop hot spots. 3. The sides of the skillet are taller than the others. If you are cooking with a lot of liquid, you are less likely to spill it. 4. It is easy to clean.

👤I don't have to cook my meals. I get an urge for fried eggs every now and then and this serves the purpose in my small place.

👤I have been trying to save money. I bought this item to make my own salads at the office. The skillet worked well. I cut a few chicken breasts. 1/2” thick, seasoned with lemon pepper and cooked away. The item has an on/off button. The temperature is perfect. I put cooking spray on the chicken and waited for it to get hot. The chicken was cooked well. It got a nice sear. It was still juicy. It took about 5 minutes to cook this portion. I was happy with the fact that I got a freshly cooked meal. My lunch break is 30 minutes. I was able to cook and eat in that time frame. There is a You can't remove the hot plate to clean it, but it's not enough to stop me from using it. I wiped the cooking surface off with a wet paper towel after I finished. There is a The item is small and easy to carry. I would definitely buy it again because I am happy with the product. The pictures are of the skillet in action at my actual office.

👤I am confused after reading some of the comments. It only has an on/off button, but it's just like anything you use for cooking. It is the perfect small appliance that I needed in the kitchen to cook for one person. I did shrimp on garlic butter. I made a pancake out of coconut in minutes. There is a There is no mess in the stove. The appliance is easy to clean, but it doesn't allow for removing the plate. To clean the garlic sauce, I used paper towels and a liquid. All good. This is one of the best products I have ever purchased, and I have been buying it on Amazon since 2004. The company sent me a new one after the plastic from the lid broke, and didn't ask for the old one to be returned. Excellent customer service.

👤This skillet is great. I bought it because it was large. It was so cheap that I wasn't expecting much. I'm very impressed with it. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. It cooks everything quickly. You can't put something in a skillet and walk away. You have to watch it, it cooks fast and the food needs to be stirred or flipped. I made my first omelet. It was made from frozen hash browns. It takes them about 20 minutes to cook. It was done in 10 minutes. I put the lid on so it wouldn't fall off. They were good. You can't control the heat. I turn it off for a few seconds if it cooks fast. It's not hard to do that. It's only a few seconds. This skillet is very good.

The big pan has more cooking and serving capacity than a range burner or over, and it's more efficient. The heavy cast aluminum pan is warp-proof. The heat control is removed. Control Master heat control keeps the desired temperature. The glass cover and stay cool handle allow easy access.

Brand: Presto

👤We are 800-273-3217 We use ours for many different dishes. It washes up nicely and is a bit more shallow. Stores are well. The shallowness is in the legs. They are a nice small piece.

👤The product is super. I love it. Everyone who has visited and experienced this pan has purchased one of their own. If you have one, it's a must have in the kitchen and RV.

👤This is a nice skillet. It was easy to assemble the handles. I love the size, how fast it cooks, and the way it cooks. I had been looking at buying an electric skillet, but wasn't sure which one to buy. I'm glad I found this one. It is wonderful.

👤I was excited to get this skillet after reading a lot of great reviews. The plastic handles were too small to fit over the metal mounting brackets, and I discovered this during assembly. I am a cabinetmaker so I could have filed the handles down. If they can't even get a basic handle system, what else did they do? Skillet is big and looks great, but can't do much with it without a way to pick it up. So disappointed. Tomorrow, returning it.

👤This skillet is great because it can cook my entire meal in one pan. It was easy to clean up.

👤I've loved the electric skillet we've had for 3 months. It's easy to clean, and you can rest easy knowing that your cooking isn't burning. I used it to make Mexican rice and then we started cooking corn tortillas. My husband was talking about how great it was that he could get so many at once because of the skillet. This was a great time and I hadn't done a review yet. I've used it a lot and the non-stick surface has held up. It cleans up well and still looks great.

👤I love the Presto devices. When I make homemade pancakes, the highlight of my kitchen is the 2 Presto griddles I own. I lost faith in my kitchen when I replaced an old-school surface element stove with a newer one that had apulsating heat elements below a glass surface. The consistency of my cooking was gone, but the oven was great, so I didn't raise too much sand about things. I thought I would try to work around that by using a separate device with controllable temperature and heating. I was wrong to think it would be the Presto skillet. The skillet was used yesterday. The water barely boiled when I put it in it. "Huh?" I have done my research. The stove top doesn't reach 400. When I poured the water into it, I was expecting an explosion, but it was more like a low boil. The heat got even lower when I swirled the water around. Please don't tell me that theSkillet is being put to sleep by water that should be 7 ounces since some of it is already gone. The device doesn't heat evenly with the lid off. If you try the same experiment, you may notice that it only heats in a narrow rectangular area near the center, which may be the heating coil/element covered at the bottom of theSkillet. I looked at the heat control device, and it was at 400, but the light was off, and then it came back on. I couldn't rely on that for too long because I was having trouble cooking vegetables in a pot that was nowhere near 400. I tried to take the lid off, but it didn't work. Is that the case? I am assuming that the device was faulty. I can't recommend anyone purchase this if it was not. I didn't expect a portable wok, but I would have liked something that could have maintained the temperature on the dial. It may be good for casseroles, but I don't want to try and find out. Chicken? Is it beef? Pffft! You should have kept your cooking times. This was not from a skillet. If the other skillet had a lid, it would be the closest it would get to one. TheSkillet is more efficient than a range burner or over, according to the manufacturers. I sold it initially, but it may need to be corrected. Is the word over? The amount of time you would have to keep theSkillet on in comparison to a stove or oven is what they meant. SMH. You will be out of luck and starving. It's a funny thing. It is listed as saving energy. What expense? You should spend those few extra pennies on your stove or oven. I looked at the name this morning. Is it an electric inch? I should have known that I was in for a bad experience. The ratings are not from this household, but from me. This is a set-it-and-forget-it, non-stick device that will eventually cook your food, but not evenly, or the way you want it. There is a There are pros and cons. Size 2. The design 3). Cost 4. There are a number of Presto Devices in general cons. Unless mine was faulty, the heating was not even. It may not be as efficient as stated. I hope this helps. I will not throw away my return ticket until I am fully reimbursed for the mistake. I watched WW84 last night, and I wish I never came across this skillet. LLLOOOLLL

Brand: Crux

👤The skillet is large enough to make a family dinner. It feels like a dream. It is not like a cheap box store brand. I have owned this one more than the other skillets. The temp settings on the probe are hard to read, they are in the copper color like the interior of the skillet, against the black probed, it looks pretty, just not as legible as, say, white numbers against a black background. A very small detail. I will look for a crux if I ever need another skillet.

👤Wow! I am glad I bought this. It was shipped quickly and as described. I use it every day. It doesn't cook evenly but it's a lot better than my old one. It's nice for making sauces or frying. This is a victory.

👤The water gets under the handle when the lid is washed. I like the pan.

👤It was the first time I used the flat iron steaks. It is deep so it can make things like stroganoff.

👤When you take it out of the box, make sure to check for any cracks that may have been made during delivery. We had to return it because of that. Since we did not use the pan, there are no stars.

👤I ordered the same item three times, and each time it came in, there were bubbles on the inside of the pan. Not good at all.

👤The quality of craftsmanship is something I like. It is built to last. The handles are in good shape. Cooks great. The heat was distributed evenly. It looks nice for the price.

👤It's really non stick and it cooks evenly. Cleaning is easy. I love this product.

👤It was used for the first time on my spaghetti sauce. There is a picture Adding more ingredients to the 2 pounds of ground beef made it nearly fill the 6 quart container. There is capacity. The goal was to cook the sauce for hours so as to make it better. When I stir it with a non metallic spatula, it doesn't burn on anything, even though it is a little slower than in my 6 quart pot.

👤The old electric fry pan was having issues with temperature, so it was time to look for a new one. I have never heard of this brand. There were positive reviews so I ordered it. The temperature is great, it's easy to clean, and I like the extra depth. I highly recommend it.

👤I live in a truck for over 300 days a year. This thing is worth a lot of money. I have the ability to cook anything I want. Except a turkey. It bounces around the highways, doesn't brake, turns on when I need it, and the 3" sides are the best for cooking a decent "chicken, rice and veg" dinner. This one is going to work for you, if you're looking for a griddle. 4 out of 5 I'm not a paid person. I own and use it.

5. Proctor Silex 38526 Electric Skillet

Proctor Silex 38526 Electric Skillet

The material is aluminum. The cooking surface is nonstick. The glass lid is dishwasher safe. o 16.3in wide, including handles and probe, 14.2in without probe, or 11.2in without handles or probe.

Brand: Proctor Silex

👤On May 5 and May 8 we bought two units. The first one burned out at the end of August. We thought we're not lucky and got a lemon. The second one only lasted about 10 days. The smell of the adapter being burnt out was familiar to us. The units had the same problem. We used the units everyday for cooking and the last one from Walmart lasted at least a year before we switched to this high rating one. Very disappointed.

👤My wife likes this. We have fried chicken a number of times. It seems to cook well. I am always afraid to break glass, but that is the only complaint. I used to have one with a metal top. I guess they don't make it anymore. You can't see the vent on the glass top from the picture. It is very use-able. It is a good purchase for the price.

👤It worked well. It was a bit cheap, but what do you think the price will be? The surface is non-stick. It was used a few times a week. It stopped working in the middle of dinner last night. We tried the outlet, but it didn't work. There was a burnt smell where the prongs connect to the skillet. I reached out to the manufacturer via email and provided them with the serial number, and was just sent an electronic invoice for $9.99 to send out another one. It's up to the customer to decide how to ship. I understand. If the product failed after a short time, do I really want to pay another $9.99 for the same thing? Nope. I will try a different brand.

👤I received the electric skillet on May 24th. I have used this skillet twice and I felt as though the skillet was not warming up to a correct temperature, but I wasn't sure. I didn't know what to expect when I used an electric skillet for the first time. I went to use the skillet for the third time and it wouldn't turn on. I tried other power outlets to see if there was an issue with the light indicator and heat. I was excited to receive it, now it's only good for the trash.

👤This works great for an inexpensive pan. The electric skillet I had for over 20 years gave up. I ordered a new brand of skillet because I couldn't find a replacement for Faberware. I don't like it. I didn't read the description well and that's why things stick. It was over 30 days so could not come back. I didn't want to spend a lot to try something else so I ordered this. I like to say that the inexpensive skillet works so well. It's easy to clean. I will have gotten my money's worth even if it only lasts a few years. I use an electric skillet for things and it fits my need very well.

👤I already have one of these excellent skillets, I ordered one by mistake and it was returned without a problem. This is an easy clean cooking utensil, from bacon to pancakes, to steak to grilled cheese sandwiches... I love mine.

Brand: Ovente

👤The most shallowest electric skillet has ever been. Two inches deep! Don't look at the photo. If you areooking for a very shallow skillet, this is it.

👤My husband bought this for us as a Christmas gift. We are camping for the first time this year. I took the pan out of the box to cook in. It only works on the high setting, so it cooks for a few minutes, then shuts off. The light is on. It stops cooking. I have to cut it off and wait for it to heat up before cooking. I know. The time has been extended to be able to return it. This is the first time I have used it and I feel it should be replaced unless all of these pans do this, which I would like to get my money back. I don't recommend anyone purchase this product.

👤We returned the item. It isn't really helpful. It might be good for making sauces. We returned a pan that was much larger.

👤It's annoying that the skillet keeps turning on. It takes a long time to cook things because they have to wait several minutes between warmings. It results in burned food.

👤The package arrived on time. The pork loin was cooked perfectly when I threw it in. It is deeper than our old one and allows for more cooking. I can't cook four pieces of French toast at a time because of the circular design. It is awesome, but only if you include that.

👤I am completely dissatisfied with the product I purchased to replace an older appliance. The manual said there was a way to keep the temperature constant while cooking, but it would turn off and lose all the heat for about a minute. There was no indication that it worked. If you are willing to work that much harder and take longer to do than usual, this will serve the basic function of cooking successfully. Unless you like making your life more difficult or inconvenient, you won't be recommended.

👤It is easy to use and clean, but must be used with wooden or plastic utensils because you will ruin the pan. There is a The electric pan/skillet is very important and useful because my stove was turned off because of a gas leak. I am not making this up. I learned about portion control, for example, a few drops of oil or butter, sauté you're chopped onions, tomatoes, spinach, add bacon and eggs, your done! All in one pan. You can either wipe the pan clean with a damp towel or use soap and rinse out the pan. There is a It is affordable. There is a But! Pan is not deep for making stew. Hope my info helps.

👤This is much more shallow than the last electric skillet I owned, so I will say that. I could make two boxes of tuna helpers or hamburger helpers in my old skillet. I've posted a picture of a box of tuna helpers, with 2 cups of milk, 1 and a third cups of water, and all the other ingredients, to give you an idea before you buy it. If you are cooking for a small family or yourself, you will be fine. One box of tuna helpers gets it just below the brim, so just understand your portions before overloading yourself with too much food. I have no complaints, it heats up faster than my old skillet, it's lightweight, and it has great heat distribution.

Brand: Bella

👤I would have left the most wonderful review if I had done this review within the first two weeks of getting this griddle. There is a I am not happy about a couple more weeks. Since we got it, we've used it almost every day. It's perfect for breakfast. The last couple times we have used it, it is not cooking evenly. The bacon is done on one side of the pan, but the other half is not. I will use it and plan for even cooking. I don't think I should have to do that after about a month of owning it.

👤If you want to burn your house down, do not buy this product. The product was ordered based on the reviews. It was the third time we used this product. The griddle was on for about 5 minutes and we smelled smoke. We unplugged it and were horrified by what we saw. The legs were completely melted. As a family with two small children, we were shocked at the thought of the damages it could've caused. Refer to our photos and be warned.

👤I said I wouldn't buy another product from them after I had used their grey ceramic griddle. I decided to try the BELLA 14606 Copper Titanium coated Non-Stick electric-griddles after reading all the reviews. If you don't warm up the griddle up in 10 minutes, you will get very hot heating across the surface. If you don't thoroughly clean the surface with dish soap and synthetic sponge, you will get a dark ring at the heating element location. I have made hamburgers, sausage, hash browns, some with cheese, all sorts of eggs, bacon and pancakes, no problems. I have never had to change the temperature past 300 because pancakes cook evenly to a golden brown, no light or dark areas and bacon cooks evenly. If your pan is warped or melted, you are in hot water. I use mine every day and it still looks like I just took it out of the box, so be patient and please with the results.

👤Every cooking surface will stick at some point. Depending on what you are cooking and how high you have the cooking setting. Most surfaces need some type of lubrication. Don't stick, that's what I think. There is a The other thing is that after a while, some high heat will change the color of the surface. Since every grill is slightly tipped toward the drain hole, being unhappy with eggs is a thing of the past. sliding in that direction should be expected. There is a This is what I found after making those statements. There is a The Titanium surface is very slippery. Eggs, potatoes, hash, hamburgers are hard to pick up with a spatula because they slide across the surface. If you need to scoop the eggs up fast, you need to use something to hold them in place when you scoop them up with the spatula. I use a spatula to keep them from sliding. I have had some meat that left some material stuck to the surface. The surface is clean again after a little soap and water. There is a The tray is small. I filled the tray with one pound of bacon and put it in the oven. The cooking tempter was the other thing. As I scanned the entire surface, I found the following using a heat reader. After it cooled off, I read it again. After the temperature light went off, each test was started with a cold surface. There is a At: 200%, at 250%, at 350%, and at 400%, it read from 243-319 to 354-465. The surface didn't read the same temperature at the same time. The highest reading is the lowest. I bought this as a replacement for the last non stick one that had the start coming off. There is a Why did I rate it a five? It works as well as the others, it's easy to clean and it doesn't stick. Nothing is perfect and I will adjust to it. There is a I am 73 years old and have had to relearn how to cook again. I'm "Dolly Domestic" for the next few months because my wife just had a hip replacement. I'm going to order the fry pan next. I use an electric skillet for stir-fry's. The titanium will work well. After 4 months my wife and I don't like it. I finally found a turner that works, but the surface is now showing burned in oil like the underside of other griddles. The heating is not normal. I'm going to give it away and replace it with a new one.

Sturdy glass lid with stay cool handle. The skillet should be washed with a soft soapy dish cloth. It is a good idea to rinse and dry. Do not place skillet in dishwasher. The lid is dishwasher safe.

Brand: Nesco

👤I have a microwave but no stove in my tiny apartment. I would love to eat fried eggs, burritos, pancakes, and stir fry. I am glad I chose this one, I have looked at a lot of electric fry pans. There is a It's just the right size for 1-2 people and takes up less counter space than a toast. There is a It has all the features I wanted, including a clear lid, a non-stick surface, and a deep pan. There is a The price was amazing and it had to be cheap. Every penny counts on my budget. There is a The run down is here. It arrived in 24 hours. There is a It was in perfect condition when it arrived. There is a The instructions were in English, but the description of how to put the handle on the lid was a little confusing. I took a few pictures that I hope will be useful. There is a small plastic screw that needs to go on the right side. If you place it on the screw with the wide part next to the head of the screw, the plastic grommet will fit into the glass lid to cushion the glass from the metal screw. The pictures are looking at the lid. All were put together in less than ten minutes. Five minutes was spent figuring out that I put the grommet on the wrong way. There is a Then, ta-TA! A delicious home made burrito. I'm in heaven. Excuse me while I eat.

👤After 6 months, still work great. Mom got her two. I got me one. We have 3 now. There is a March of this year. All working well. On all, the non-stick is intact. We use a lot. -- I needed a skillet that was easy to use. The one that got the best reviews was the one I chose. I have owned many Nesco products and this was a plus. There is a It was in perfect condition when it arrived. There were no flaws, bubbles, or damage when I inspected the interior coating. The coating was smooth to the touch. I oiled it before using it. There is a There is a problem with electric skillets. The heating element plug area is close to the hot zones. I used a scanning thermometer to check the temperature. The area near the plug heated first, but by the time the pan came to expected temperatures, the temps were fairly even all over the pan. I was pleased that this happened for a smaller pan. There is a I wiped the interior with vegetable oil and then put a soft paper towel on it. Fried eggs were cooked well on low heat. There was no sticking. I was able to make pan toast. There is a The pan is great for elderly parents. It's not too heavy or big to clean. It can be wiped clean with a soft paper towel. The glass lid is easy to clean. The plan seems to be to use two of these on one heavy unit. A countertop oven has been helpful. There is a The pan has worked well so far.

Brand: All-clad

👤We bought this because of the recommendations. These recommendations were false. The unit stopped working in less than a month. We were told that a simple fix would be to replace the cord. I was told they had them in stock and would be shipped. The replacement cord would take several weeks to arrive in California because it was in stock in France. I was told that I should have been offered a replacement pan since I had it for less than 30 days. I can't recommend AL-Clad because of the poor service and support.

👤Do not buy this pan. It's a waste of money. The old quality All-Clad was not known for... Pan shuts off on its own. You don't know what the temperature is. The light on the plug went off. It was un-even. You can only cook certain things in it. No cooking chicken. All this is done after 3 uses. They won't let me return it. China put it to us on this purchase.

👤I used it for 2 months, but it broke. It gets to temperature and shuts off. This skillet was expensive because it only could be used twice.

👤All-Clad claims that its products are made in the USA. The All-Clad 7Qt Electric Skillet I bought is clearly made in China, and it shows that at a premium price. Poor business ethics, All-Clad... It was very misleading.

👤I bought this skillet from Amazon. It was non-working, and past the Amazon return date. Amazon customer service told me to contact the All Clad manufactor, under warranty policy. I was told by All Clad that the order was full and shipped from an unauthorized seller after a long and painful customer service experience. There is no warranty available. They agreed to process a return after a lot of frustration. What? Unlicensed seller! Did the All Clad skillet come from a junk warehouse? Not happy.

👤Over the course of 56 years of marriage, I have had several electric frypans. This is by far the best! Even heating. It is an amazing cooking utensil. We are down to a household of 2 most days. It would have worked well for us, but it wouldn't work for two. Even a "so-so" cook cannot mess up because of the heating. Is it expensive? Maybe. It would still be earning its keep if I had it for a long time.

👤I have been a fan of All Clad cookware since 2000. It's still being used to this day. Their electrics are good. The skillet is big and deep and has a strong surface. You don't need to use a lot of oil or fat to cook. The electric element works well. It's easy to clean. The booklet says it is dishwasher safe, but we hand wash ours.

👤I used a large Calphalon for a long time. This is the size and quality you would expect. Great looking serving warmer as well. Over the holidays, I used it as a slow cooker.

👤This skillet is awesome! It is easy to clean. It evenly warms. It's time to preheat! It's round, I like it. It has one iny hole in the glass lid and I wish it had more vents to let the steam out. My only gripe. I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5. It was well made and nice and heavy. It's huge! For bigger dishes and families, a little smaller for me would be fine. It's pricey but worth it.

👤So many were talking about burns, it gets too hot when you lift the lid. It says to wear a mitt in the directions. I did not get burned for that tip in the manual. My mixture of eggs, crab, asparagus, onion, diced tomato, and cajun seasoning went off without a hitch. The trays were lightly coated with veg oil and then smeared with a paper towel. It was about 10 million years old and it was very fluffy and cooked through. Why didn't I buy this sooner? Throw my shit in a jar, shake it up, dump it in the trays, and then do whatever I need to do to make an omelette. The world is good.

👤I was happy to order the omelette maker, but it says "non stick" in the description. It is far from a stick. If you want 2 eggs, you can't put a lot of veggies in it. A small tomato, cube ham, and 2 eggs are all included. It overflowed everywhere. It stuck bad. If you leave it in there for a while it burns the egg, it doesn't fully cook through the whole omelette. I wish I wouldn't have spent the money on this product because I am very disappointed in it.

👤I'm always skeptical when buying things like this. They don't work well, are of poor quality, and never seem to do what they say they will do. I took a chance for a number of reasons. 1. I wouldn't mind much if it sucked because the price was great. The wife and I eat omelette's all the time. 3. It seemed like the cleaning was easier with traditional pans. I ordered it for myself and my wife. We used it immediately and have never looked back. The clean up is very easy because it makes a perfect omelette every time. We wipe the cloth down with a soft cloth. This is the answer if you are looking for something to cook quickly and with no hassle.

👤I have been on a low-fat diet. I don't like eggs and so I didn't include them in my diet. When I ate eggs, they filled me up and I stayed full for a good part of the day. What to do? I have been using the recipe for the omelet maker to make ham, shredded cheese, diced veges, and jumbo eggs. Put the whisked egg into the omelet maker and cook it for 10 minutes. The thing that comes out is a cake like thing that doesn't taste like eggs and has a little sour cream spread on top. This is not a problem for those of us who are on a low-fat diet, even though the calories and fat make this a no for anyone not on a low-fat diet. This "omelet" keeps me full most of the day and may help me avoid calories at other times. It has allowed me to lose 25 pounds over the course of six months and to keep it off, because I was able to add something tasty to the low-fat diet.

Brand: Bella

👤I used my griddle for the first time today. It was set on 350 degrees. They were burned on the first side. The temp was hotter than 350 when I used an IR thermometer. I set the temp to a couple and the temp across the griddle was all high but not the same. There is a I think I have a bad one. I will try a return and a new one.

👤We needed a new griddle for our old one that started heating unevenly and was super impressed with the 22”Bella copper griddle. It is large enough to cook 6 large butterflied pork chops or chicken breasts on one time, so immediately loved the larger capacity. The copper finish is great with the non stick. It can attest to the superior finish if it ages well. The low lip edge of the griddle makes it easy to clean and grease can pool into the under tray. All you can need is warm and 400 degrees. I definitely recommend this griddle!

👤There is a metal ring under this. The heat is there. Nothing cooks evenly. To keep it heated to the temp you want, constant adjustments need to be made to the dial. There is a brown stripe where the heat is. Horrible. Don't buy. It's too late to send it back because I only used mine while camping. I will have to throw it away and eat the money that was lost. The product was horrible.

👤I didn't know what to expect when I had a ceramic griddle. I have used this griddle many times. I am very pleased with several features. I made sandwiches with cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the cheese did not make a mess. After cleaning I was able to remove the cheese with a spatula. I also made breakfast food. The pancakes were cooked evenly and slid off the griddle with my spatula. I did not have to prepare the griddle with butter or oil. This is the best griddle I have ever purchased. It is the prettiest griddle I have ever owned.

👤I read some of the comments on the griddle and was hesitant about buying it. The old black n decker was breaking down and I needed to replace it. I always used oil to make my pancakes with chocolate chips. I was going to try this pan out and if it didn't work I would just send it back and try another. This one worked well. The heat distribution was great and my pancakes didn't stick. The setting was at 300. I hope this griddle lasts as long as my other one which was over 10 years old, and was used at least once a week. The only thing that I can say is that my B&D had an extra drawer next to the drip drawer that I could use to store the temperature. This is a great griddle.

👤I ordered 2 of them. The first one had pits on the cooking surface. The replacement looks like it has been used and not cleaned very well, and it has several places in the coating that have been scratched. I won't try a third one.
