1. Danncy Mexican Vanilla Extract Plastic

Danncy Mexican Vanilla Extract Plastic

Does not Contain Alcohol.

Brand: Danncy

👤I was expecting something from Danncy MexicanVanilla. There is a Most of the bad reviews are for people who want to replace clear or standard vanilla with this one, and have never tasted Mexican vanilla. Most Mexican vanilla beans are cured using sun drying and smoking. Smoking is not part of the curing process. The smokey, spicy, cinnamon like note that the wood used to smoke and cure the Mexican beans give is due to the MexicanVanilla orchid's flavor profile. One of the many flavor compounds found in the vanilla bean, and the most sensitized artificial "vanilla flavored" compounds, is also found in the wood. I have been buying and using Danncy Vanilla for over 20 years and it is the same product I have been using for that time. I think of Mexican clear Vanilla when I think of perfect and exactly what I want.

👤It was on time and as expected. I have read a lot of bad reviews about this product, but it is exactly what I expected. The reviewers must be used to that. This is not alcohol. I remember smelling it as a child. My mom used to use MexicanVanilla when we were young. They lived in Tucson, AZ and would go to Nogales to buy it. We were always looking for it, but neither of us knew the brand, because my sister and I now live back east and my parents have passed on. I was happy when I saw that rooster and red label. I got a surprise for my sister. Thanks so much!

👤I would have liked to read the reviews before buying this product. I was very excited about the price. This looks and tastes like water with a very mild hint of vanilla to it, and I have plenty of experience with using it. It is very thin and hard to describe, but I am not sure if it has any real flavor. Very disappointed. I hope people will know that I am upfront with what I found. I won't be buying again.

👤False adverised! It's weakly scented water, not a flavor. Zero stars and not returnable. Don't get it. Prime members get the shaft late, non-refundable, and nonreturnable. I'm starting to feel bad about Amazon Prime. There is a It's worthless for deserts, not drinks. It's alcohol free, flavor free, and free from any use.

👤I had high hopes for this Mexican flavor, but it tastes terrible. I don't understand why this product is getting different reviews. You don't know which lot you're getting, is the quality irregular? I will never buy this product again.

👤This product is terrible. I bake cakes that ruin Easter cakes. It has a perfumey scent, but it is not like vanilla. This isn't the same as the other one if you're used to using it. It made my tongue feel weird. I don't know what it is. It is not as similar to vanilla. They won't accept returns so I'm throwing them out. A beautiful cake ruin and a lot of money. I want my money back. Don't buy this product if it claims it. I don't understand how anyone who bakes could rate this as close to vanilla as possible.

2. 10 Vanilla Beans Homemade Tahitian

10 Vanilla Beans Homemade Tahitian

The fresh extract grade of the beans were grown by Indonesian farmers at fair market prices. The beans are soft, semi-pliable, and filled with millions of tiny vanilla seeds, meaning they are soft, semi-pliable, and filled with millions of tiny vanilla seeds. Vanilla beans can be used in a variety of recipes as an ingredient, as a flavor, or as a homemade extract. Natural imperfections can be found in real extract grade B vanilla beans. Indonesian beans have a mild smell and aroma but are great for making a high quality extract. Their triple inspection process checks the size, smell, aroma, and appearance of the beans before they are sent out.

Brand: Vanilla Bean Kings

👤The initial order of the identical product was placed 2 days later. The first order was good enough that we ordered again after setting up the beans in vodka. There is a What a difference! The beans were smaller and the packaging was different. The beans were prepared the same way. The bottle smelled great at 2 days. The newer batches of bottles have a very little smell of vanilla. The reason split beans are left on the vine is to make extract, which is why grade B is used. The extra time on the vine allows stronger and more complex flavors. The beans did not show any signs of being split. I think the beans were picked early. The first order was vastly better, but I will wait for next year's crop before making more batches. There is a Many of you know that a storm decimated the island's vanilla farms. The majority of the world's supply of vanilla beans comes from Africa. In the year of 2011, the price of a kilo of beans was $10, by 2015, it was $100, and in the year of 2018, it was $800. Farmers started picking them before they were mature to avoid losses to theft because of the high prices. The supply of beans is slowly coming back to normal, because it takes about 3 years for a vanilla orchid farm to reach real production. Quality is improving and prices are coming back down. This company sent us one nice pack, and one pack that was completely different from the other supplier, which we never should have bought.

👤At first, I didn't notice anything. I put them in a container. Completely submerged. Some white substances were floating around in the vodka. I found that the beans were slimy and that the detached slime was floating around. I took out one of the beans from the first batches I made because they were fine. There was no slime at all. There is a It's one thing if these beans had been there for a while. I might think it was a mistake of my own, but a couple days. That's not the same story. I don't recommend them. I spent a lot of money on these beans, but I also spent a lot of money on alcohol. I was surprised that this listing has so many good reviews, but I think it's better to just give these guys a chance.

👤Poor quality. It was worse than expected. Won't buy again.

👤They were covered in mold. I used them a month after ordering, but it's too late to return them. I was very disappointed that the vacuum seal wasn't working.

👤I wanted to make my own homemade Vanilla Extract so I bought these grade B Tahitian Vanilla Beans. The smell of the beans was amazing when I arrived. In the next few months, I will be using my extract. The price was great and the customer service was great. I recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase beans from a company called Vanilla Bean Kings.

3. Madagascar Vanilla Beans Extract Baking

Madagascar Vanilla Beans Extract Baking

The fresh gourmet roma Bourbon Vanilla Beans were grown by Malagasy farmers at fair market prices. The beans are soft, pliable, and filled with millions of tiny vanilla seeds, which makes them an average of 15 cm long. Vanilla beans can be used in a variety of recipes as an ingredient, as a flavor, or as a homemade extract. The boubon beans have a rich and creamy flavor. Their triple inspection process checks the size, smell, aroma, and appearance of the beans before they are sent out.

Brand: Vanilla Bean Kings

👤I was surprised when I saw how much the price of the beans had increased. I ordered 3 packs of ten from 3 different companies and found out they were the smallest, least oily and least aromatic. The weight in order was 1.40 ounces for $31, which was the best quality and the grade A/B, which was the price and pretty good. These were 0.62 ounces. I was able to make 3 bottles of vanilla with those 10 beans because they weighed in over twice as much as the ones I used. Not very happy with these for the money.

👤The beans smell good but seem very dry, I have used 4 so far and all 4 beans when cut open and just clump and do not incorporate into the recipe leaving large dark clumps instead of the beautiful vanilla bean speckles they should. I've never had this issue with the quality of the beans I buy at the grocery store, and even the cheaper ones do a better job than the more expensive ones. They are not eligible for return, so I tried to return. It was very bas practice Amazon.

👤I was excited to receive my beans. Only one of the 10 was plump and that was stretching it. The rest were very thin and difficult to split. All were moist and oily. There was no scent of vanilla at all. I have them and will wait for the results. If the extract doesn't work out, I'll probably look at another source.

👤Puny beans. They don't have a heavenly scent. All of the grades. The beans I have bought from other vendors are between 6-9 inches long. All of them were barely 5 inches tall. My grade B beans from another vendor had more than these. The picture was taken 2 days after the packaging was removed. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Don't spend your money on these.

👤Another set of these is used to make another batches of quality extract. My first batches were made back in 2012 and are almost done. I was surprised to see how much the cost of beans has gone up. I don't need to make this all the time. I make it for my mother. She gives some to other family members if they like it. On December 7th, I added more beans and vodka to the mix. It will be bottled in six months. I will put some of the split into the bottles I already have on hand. The longer they sit, the better.

👤I am very happy with my purchase. A top quality product. The 10 beans are all plump, soft and fragrant and average in length at about 6 feet. I'm making a extract. I put them in a quart mason jar and filled it with vodka. I can only say that it has been more than 3wks. The extract will be out in about 3 months. Highly recommend these beans... The extract I made is absolutely out of this world. I am going to give some to my daughter-in-laws as holiday gifts.

Brand: Simply Organic

👤This is a liquid. I found that to be disagreeable. The flavor was not bad. I like that it was free of pesticides. Many people are confused by the statement that it contains less alcohol while being labeled non-alcoholic. You have to understand the process of making vanilla. It's called an EXTRACT because it's derived from the Pod by a solvent. It is left or removed as much of the alcohol as possible after it is processed. The amount left in this process is so small that it qualifies as non-alcoholic. Non- alcoholic beers are produced in this manner. Even though they are non-alcoholic, they still cannot be sold to children. I know, but if you've read this far, you don't have anything better to do.

👤It has the best taste without alcohol. It was used to bake to mask the taste of lipase in frozen breast milk. My baby is a fan. I use 0.25-0.5ml in my bottle of milk.

👤I've been looking for the best flavor for the neutral- taste of the shakes. There is a Simply Organic Vanilla Flavoring was far and away the best, and it was also much better than the pure vanilla extracts from Madagascar that are used in ice cream shakes. Other products are compared. Before I tried Simply Organic Vanilla Flavoring, I tested the amounts of the following: I assumed that pure extract would be the best, but it turned out that the flavor from McCormick was better. M&B Premium Quality PureVanilla Extract has a good flavor. Is that correct? Even though it contains vanillin, this was the previous front-runner. When mixed with a 16 oz shake, the flavor from the addition of vanillin works better to deliver. It is also less expensive. I decided to try a very inexpensive imitation brand, but it was very little resemblance to the real thing. This was less expensive and less delicious than the pure extracts. -- Lacking of nutrition information? -- The Simply Organic Vanilla Flavoring website only shows the product information, not the full nutrition info. It's coming soon and it's suggested that you use it as a measure-for-measure equivalent in place of alcohol-based vanilla extract in all your favorite baked goods, homemade ice cream and even smoothies. Live Strong says that the first ingredient is Organic Glycerine, a sugar alcohol derived from fats and oils. According to the Health Resources website of the pharmacy, glycerine does not have the same effect on blood sugar levels as regular sugar. Like other sugar alcohols, glycerine has an effect on blood sugar levels. One nutrition source says that 1 tbsp of glycerin has 64.8 cals, but we don't know the % volume of Simply Organic. It's worth the calories to make the shake taste great, as it's easy to cut back on the powder to get back to the same calories.

👤I've used this product a number of times and can give a better appraisal. It's so weak that it probably shouldn't be compared with vanilla extract, and maybe it isn't supposed to be. I intended to use it as a substitute. It has a wonderful taste and smell, and it is better in some ways than the extract. If you want to get the same amount of flavor, you should use a lot more. I am going to use a different flavor for coffee because I have to use so much of it. The original review was not a good one. I have to use more of it to get the same amount of flavor because it is weaker than normal. I don't use it very often, so I may not be the most reliable source of information about how strong it is. Someone who bakes and must measure it would be able to give a more precise idea of the ratio needed. I use a little less than double the quantity to get the same amount of flavor, because I mostly put this in coffee and tea. There is a I got this for under $10 as an add-on item from Amazon, and I think I came out a little ahead of the deal, because this cost about 1/2 the price of vanilla extract. There is a This product is an oil, and it smells very nice, and if you try licking off a spoon, it will have a nice flavor. The oily texture of this product would be better than the alcohol-based extract for certain uses, because it would be almost too intense to just lick. I think there are some natural aspects to the production of this product, but not my main reason for buying. There is a I don't think it has a good taste, even though it has a bit of alcohol in it. I might buy this again, or I might go back to the extract that was used before.

5. Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract

Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract

The true-to-bean flavor of the Bourbon Pure Vanilla extract is offered by the Nielsen-Massey. The extract has a full, sweet flavor profile. All-Natural, Allergen-Free is a certified Kosher andGluten-Free project. Water, can alcohol, and aromadrian bean extractives. 1 whole bean, 1 whole bean paste, 1 whole bean powder, and 1 whole bean powder are the amounts of the extract and paste.

Brand: Nielsen-massey

👤I've been using the same brand for many years and go through a quart a year. I'm familiar with the color and strength of the game, it's a wonderful, non gmo gf game and wouldn't use anything else. This is a watered down version of the original. It is missing the flavor I paid a lot of money for, and it has none of the transparency it should.

👤We've bought this brand of extract before, not from Amazon. The purchase of Amazon Prime was disappointing. There is a The color of the liquid was clear. The taste was similar to straight alcohol. We will buy it somewhere else when it's returned.

👤You expect to smell that sweet rich flavor when you open it. I smelled alcohol instead. It was very thin and appeared to have been watered down. You get an alcohol taste when you taste it. Not happy with the purchase.

👤I have purchased this product many times. I just ordered a bottle of alcohol and it appears to be straight alcohol.

👤I had rated this bottle of Bourbon Vanilla 5 stars but after baking with it, I realized it was not good. It is watered down a lot. This bottle is terrible, I only use Bourbon Vanilla.

👤Amazon was convinced that this was real. I ordered a bottle despite the negative reviews. The product quality was great, I did it a few years ago. Not this time! The flavor is bad. I will be reaching out to Amazon to get my money back.

👤The product is not what you would expect. The smell of alcohol was very strong. I would not buy this brand.

👤I don't care for the taste. I will be going back to Baldwins.

👤My wife and daughter recommend the product to everyone in the family and friends recommend it to them.

👤The cheaper extract has a stronger flavour. I am happy but not sure about the price. A little bit expensive. Will purchase again.

👤I make ice cream and yogurt. There is a This is the most natural extract that I have found.

👤Considering what you pay in shops for this product, I thought it was a good purchase.

👤I received a blended extract. The price was almost twice as much as I paid. I had to "prove" that I was wrong when I contacted the store and filed a complaint. They refused to admit that there was a difference between the two products because they had talked to their supplier. I showed them the differences between them and the nielsen massey homepage. I was told that I could get a refund if I sent the item back in mail. They could not do that, because I said I wantet also refunds my shipping if I return it. They forced me to take a loss, and didn't want me to take a loss for the error they did.

6. Grass Fed 4th Heart Certified Keto Friendly

Grass Fed 4th Heart Certified Keto Friendly

If you want to upgrade your food, replace butter, olive oil, coconut oil or other cooking oil with Ghee. Diet friendly. It's a great addition to any diet. They source the best from grass-fed, pasture-raised, antibiotic and hormone free New Zealand cows. No shorts: The old-fashioned way to make their ghee is to spread it at room temperature. There is no need for refrigeration. There is a helpful note. Ghee will re-solidify within a few hours after shipping, or overnight at room temperature. 100% recycled plastic. Better packaging, Bye bubble wrap. They made the switch to reduce their carbon footprint. It's the same ghee you love.

Brand: 4th & Heart

👤This review is completely unbiased, and I purchase all my own products off of Amazon. I love this stuff. They carry it at my local grocery store, but Amazon has the larger size for less. I use this for coffee and cooking. This butter is the cleanest tasting I have ever purchased. I have never tried any other brand. I like the creamy texture, the taste, and the quality. I have everyone close to me addicted to it and have consumed 5 of them already. This is what real butter is, and I use it because I eat a Keto style diet. People who care about their health should eat this instead of margarine and store bought butters. It doesn't have to be refrigerated, and a little goes a long way. I was freaked out when I tried some homemade popcorn and realized it was the same butter flavor as the commercial movie popcorn. The movie liquid "butter" tasted unique. My health has been improving and I've been drinking coffee with it. I can't describe the energy coconut oil gave me. This butter is the only butter I will buy. Get it! Go for it! Add to cart and purchase. You're wasting your time and not changing to this.

👤I've used this before and loved it, but I was surprised to see it in plastic jars. I would have to cancel by subscription. I like the taste of this but I don't want to spend that much money on a plastic jar. No thanks.

👤This is a good product for butter with a high percentage of Lactose. I use it in all of my cooking and spread it with butter. It tastes great. It lasts threee months with no cooling. This item is always packaged well when I order it. There is a * If this review was helpful, please click the button.

👤I love my Ghee, but was disappointed to find it in plastic jars. Please switch back to glass! Let the consumer know that you have made a change. Thank you so much!

👤I have ordered this brand for a year and have liked it. All of the flavors were in glass jars. I received a new order in April 2020 and the ghee is in plastic jars. Why did they change the packaging? Will not be ordering again. Will be ordering a different brand.

👤It was in a glass jar. Now in plastic. There is a They should tell us about the change. Plastic isn't as healthy. Not happy.

👤When the world is trying to stop the use of plastic, do you go from glass to plastic? That is not productive. There is a The reasoning you give is not very good. It saves you money and time to package correctly. My most recent order arrived with melted gee and a cracked plastic container. Your theory that it's unbreakable is not true. A quality product is no longer provided by changing to plastic. The glass containers should be brought back. I am not the only one who is dissatisfied.

7. Arm Hammer Baking Soda 16

Arm Hammer Baking Soda 16

For over 170 years, the solution is versatile, effective and affordable. Baking, cleaning, deodorizing and more can be done with this use. It's free of harsh chemicals and gentle to use. There are hundreds of uses for the Fresh Box for Baking.

Brand: Arm & Hammer

👤Baking soda was used for life needs before everyone realized how amazing it was. This is my honest review. You will thank me later! There is a I can't think of a bad thing about baking-soda. Not being able to mix with the other stuff. I use it for a lot of things, including: laundry, cleaning, normal stuff, teeth Whitening, and even working out to reduce lactic and even my PH. H20 is the same as when suffering from gas, pain, or even if you are pregnant. Trust me! I have been putting in my son's bath water due to his sensitive skin and allergies. He has helped reduce the symptoms of thrush that can come on quickly, his hair looks great, he has gotten into a bath, and I wash him off with his soap and water before he plays in the water. It keeps my skin looking good for a few days. There is a I clean my dishwasher. Have always fixed a sink problem. Removes any orders from cleaning with a little bit in the sink. Add my tomato soil for a sweeter taste. My grandpa was a landscaper. There is a Clears canker sores right away. There is a It helps to soothe the throat with salt. If you get a new-sting, spider-bite or mosquito bite, immediately make a tiny paste on the bite, let it dry and boom, the bumps gone too! There is a A manicure hack is to soak your hands in a warm H20 & BalingSoda mix. Do you need a new hairbrush? If you can help it, place the bush portion only if you can help it, and mix up a bit of shampoo, baking soda, and a bit of detergent, and clean as much as you can from your brush. The hot water will give you a good mix and the heat for the soak. If you don't notice much, put the old sponges in the microwave for 30 seconds and watch it for 45 seconds. If necessary, use a new mix in the bowl. Once you are done, wipe your microwave out and you will have it all done. There is a * The same thing works for white grapevine. There is more! I have a bag of Arm & Hammer OG Baking Soda in my house, and I have 4 of these boxes around.

👤I started using baking soda and vinegar to clean my washing machine to get rid of the smell. This works well. I added two cups of baking soda. It works well in the washing machine dispensers. I cleaned the washer myself. The smell is gone! This has worked better than anything else I have tried. The Arm & Hammer is versatile. I put it inside my freezer and refrigerator. I pour it down my disposal to make it sweeter. It is cheap to use and works well. I hope this is helpful.

👤The price was less than a dollar for a pound. I was shocked. I was going to buy 10 of them. It didn't let me. It only allowed four. I wish they would have given more. Baking soda is my favorite. It is used for laundry and to whiten my teeth. I use it for everything at home. I have an obsession. I gave 3 stars because the box spilled all over my couch when I opened it. As soon as I find the pics, I will post them. It was really cheap, so I didn't want to complain. Didn't want to go through the hassle. I am thankful to both seller and Amazon.

8. Vanilla Bean Paste Baking Cooking

Vanilla Bean Paste Baking Cooking

There is a real extract and real seeds. A premium paste with a beautiful appearance. This container is comparable to many gourmet beans. If you want to make the recipe work, you need to swap one part of the paste for one part of the bean. Similar to Maple Syrup with a rich flavor profile. Can be used in a lot of baking recipes. It's perfect for desserts such as ice cream, short bread, and crme brulee. 1/2 Vanilla Bean or 1 1/2 of Vanilla Extract is a great alternative to Vanilla Beans and is much cheaper.

Brand: Vanilla Bean Kings

👤I have used the same paste from the same company for many years. The NM is thick and very dense and has a nice rich aroma and is almost black in color. The product is almost like a syrup. It's almost clear with a few bits. It is quite sweet and thinner than a paste. I am uneasy that there is no country of origin on this product. I threw the whole bottle away because I was leery of its origin.

👤The paste is supposed to be very thick. This is not alcohol. Not what I was expecting. If you want an authentic version of the bean paste, stick with the expensive brands.

👤The ingredients on the package are not what is advertised. This is not a paste. The smell is very faint. This is not a mixture of brown water and syrup. I'm not sure if I can get a refund.

👤Since we were stuck at home for the first time in several years, the wife wanted a birthday cake. Her favorite cake is called "Swedish Princess Cake". The Swedish Princess Cake is one of the most difficult cakes to make. There is a It is completely covered by a Marzipan 'dome'. There are three layers of sponge cake inside, frosted with lots of jam, pastry cream and whipped cream. There is a I couldn't find the recipe for the paste in any of the stores I checked. There is a This paste is fit for royalty. I will use it instead of plain vanilla extract in future recipes.

👤It wasn't a rich flavor. Was not a paste. It was a liquid gel. I added it to my baked goods, but I could not taste it. I had to add another store bought brand of pure vanilla flavor to my baked goods. This product was very strong. Very disappointed and will never buy again.

👤This taste is great. It is a liquid that is slightly thicker than regular vanilla. It is not near a paste.

👤This stuff is disgusting. I don't know what it tastes like because I've never tasted a bean paste before, but I am a fan of the scent, flavor and taste of the bean paste. This junk doesn't taste like anything like vanilla. It tasted like plastic. It is gross. I bought 2 bottles of it, thinking I was getting a great deal, however, after tasting it, I realized it wasn't organic and I started looking into the ingredients on the bottle. If this were a real paste, it would only contain a few ingredients, including the beans, extract, and sugar. If you want a paste-glycerin that isn't alcoholic, it should have some kind of substance like a substance from the plants. I can tell you that this gross gel-like goo doesn't taste like any of those ingredients. It doesn't smell or taste like anything. It tastes terrible. I threw away both bottles immediately, and I will consider myself lucky that I didn't consume any of the disgusting junk they used to make this with.

9. McCormick Natural Vanilla Extract Gluten Free

McCormick Natural Vanilla Extract Gluten Free

Premium pure vanilla bean extract has a deep, rich taste and color. Every bottle has a consistent flavor. A baker's best friend cooks meat and seafood. There is no corn syrup or non-GMO. It's a great addition to cakes, cookies, pies and other baked goods. The pour spout is easy to use.

Brand: Mccormick

👤I ran out of the bottle I bought at the grocery store several years ago. It smelled better and said something on the bottle that was 42% alcohol. The bottle I bought in January of last year has different ingredients and doesn't state the alcohol content. Maybe there was a change in the labeling, but it also has less kick when I lick it. I don't think it's the same. There is a The ingredients in my bottle are not the same as those on Amazon. I'm willing to pay a lot more for good vanilla beans and not cheapen their product, even though the price of them has gone up a lot. Disappointed.

👤The extract is more dense than other brands. The taste is artificial and not the same. The picture shows the difference in concentration between the two products. This product is lighter than other brands.

👤I bought five bottles of this and they are not authentic. I bought a small bottle of pure vanilla extract at the grocery store and it tasted very similar to the ones I smelled. This stuff is not real. The bad reviews are correct, and whoever is selling this is putting fakes on Amazon. I poured the small grocery store bottle at the top of the plate in the photo I took. The Amazon bought ones are on the bottom of the plate. You can see that the grocery store is darker than the Amazon store.

👤Unless it is from a known source, don't buy it. I make my own syrups and use a lot of it. I know what to expect from this product. This product is not as good as the small bottle of genuine McCormick vanilla I bought from the grocery store. They stopped carrying it after I bought it. Those were complex and rich. The product smells and tastes like artificial vanilla with a strong alcohol smell and a lighter color. The quality of this vanilla has declined or it is not an authentic product. I think it's the latter. I am stuck with a cheap vodka because I didn't finish my old bottle before the return period ended.

👤I can't believe this is a product from a company. I will never do it again. It has to be different. There was no smell or taste. The color is a bit lighter than my last bottle. Rip off! Very dissatisfied! It's terrible!

👤The product is great. The description read a much larger bottle when I purchased it. The description was changed to read 16 ounces. After my order, there was no notification. Very dishonest in my opinion.

👤This is false advertising and it is banking on the good name of the company. The ingredients and description say that it's pure vanilla extract, but you can see on the bottle that it's avanilla bean extract. I bought water with flavors. It is almost tasteless. Do not recommend.

👤The product tasted a little watered down compared to my smaller bottle. I gave it a good shake, but it still tasted a bit weak. No one seems to notice.

10. Watkins Original Gourmet Vanilla Packaging

Watkins Original Gourmet Vanilla Packaging

All naturally derived ingredients were used in this recipe. It is ideal for baking. There are no artificial colors or flavors. There is a note that says "contains Sulfites." Corn Syrup is Kosher.

Brand: Watkins

👤Water is the first ingredient. The second substance is sugar. There are three things that are third is propylene glycol. I should have checked more carefully.

👤The price and reviews were mentioned. I was convinced. One could not help but be attracted to the cheap price of vanilla extract when it is available. Ah ha! Don't click immediately if you're looking for pure vanilla extract. We had a chance to look a little more closely at this product after we received it, as it is not a pure vanilla extract, but aBakingVanilla extract. It does perform well, but it does give non-baked items a slightly minty flavor, which is different to the rounded and warm flavor of baked goods. During this crisis, a replacement for vanilla was not terrible.

👤It was a complete waste of money, but it also cost me money for my other ingredients and time. I made 1 batches of cookies with this, and it added no flavor at all. When you search for it, it is listed under pure vanilla extract. I'm not sure if there's any extract at all. It's not right when I search for pure vanilla extract on Amazon. The cost of dumping out this bottle and throwing out my batches leaves me angry at Watkins and Amazon. I have had better results with artificial extracts. The only thing I can say is that it smelled nice after I dumped the entire bottle into my sink.

👤Watkins was a brand name that we used in our household. I bought that brand when I was looking for a reasonable price. I guess you get what you pay for. This is the worst I have ever tried. It has a strong smell. It doesn't taste like it's from a movie.

👤This is not a pure extract, but a deceptive name. There are artificial flavors, alcohol, and water in this picture. There is Sulfides. I can't use this product because of my family members. I will try to find a use for the bottle, but it will be sitting around for a while.

👤I really like Watkins products, but this one missed the mark. It's awful. I bought it in September of last year because the price was right, and it didn't feel like I was spending a lot of money. It smelled cheap when it was opened. I've never smelled imitation vanilla before, but this is what I thought it would smell like. I use it in baked goods and it makes the food taste different, even though I cut it in half. I've used it about 15 times, but I can't seem to like it anymore. It's not real tasting. I wouldn't recommend this.

👤It is not pure. That is one of the ingredients. The ingredient is listed as more than the one that's called vanilla. This is not acceptable and does not taste like other vanillas. Several of my family wanted to know why my desserts tasted different during the Thanksgiving dinner.

👤I have been using Watkin's products for as long as I can remember, and there is a new label being made for this item, it's now called baking vanilla, so don't be alarmed if you receive a different label than the double strength label. This product is used by my Grandmother, Mother and I. I used to sell Watkin's products. There is a I ordered the 11oz version because my personal rep retired and I didn't have a local one. The seller is also Watkins, and the price was fair. I was shocked when I saw a different name and label for this product. I immediately called Watkins to get clarification. The new label is because the rep confirmed that they were changing the name. There is a She said that there is still a mix of old and new labels out there, but that my item is the new label and completely safe and real. I told her that I thought the new label should be in the stock ad on Amazon, or at least advise potential customers of the change with a caveat. I thought I was getting a fake product. I think so. The strength is what I love about this product. This product doesn't bake your baked goods. The taste is very strong. I always use a minimum of 1 capful per recipe, even though they say you can use very little. This is the best I have ever used. No comparison! My adult children use this brand of products. I paid full price for this item. My thoughts are my own and I don't pay for them. My opinions are based on what I have experienced.

11. Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste

Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste

The product has a thick consistency similar to molasses. It's ideal for recipes in which you want to add visual flair. All-Natural, Allergen-Free, and Kosher Certified. Sugar, water, A small amount. There is a bean paste. A small amount. The extract is 1 whole bean. There is a powder called vanilla.

Brand: Nielsen-massey

👤This is not the same as the one advertised. The packaging has the correct name, but the product is not. When I contacted the seller, they said that since the order was fulfilled by Amazon, they needed to fix the problem. They didn't take responsibility for the issue which seems to happen over and over again. There is a I was looking for a paste, but the product is like a sauce. The smell and flavor are nice, but it is lacking the deep, rich aroma and flavor found in the island. It's like getting regular cinnamon when you order it. Both are lovely, but the later has more of a bite. You understand the idea.

👤Amazon doesn't know the difference between Pure and Bourbon Vanilla. There is a They will send you whatever they have on hand. I wouldn't recommend buying this here. This is the same problem that other reviewers have had. It's not worth the hassle. Shop somewhere else.

👤I received a pure vanilla bean paste after ordering it. I was looking forward to the paste from the island. So buyer beware. There is a I can't say if the product is good or bad. I might as well keep the package since I received it today. I'll try it out and write a review.

👤I got two jars of Pure Vanilla Bean Paste instead of the two I ordered. I have no faith that they would have returned the correct product, since it was a gift for a friend and time was too close for me to return it. My friend doesn't know the difference, but I do. I'm going to use the PureVanilla Bean Paste I've ordered from a different vendor, and I'm going to trade the Bourbon for it.

👤This is not what I ordered. The other negative reviews are correct. This product isn't Bourbon Pure Vanilla. The label on the bottle did not match what I saw on the computer. Don't be foolish.

👤I've been using this for a decade. Baking without it is not worth it. I retired. I used to own a company that specialized in film and commercial shoots. I made cookies at home and gave them to the crews. I make a cookie with this and coconut and dried cranberries that a crew member dubbed "crack cookies" because you can't stop eating them. I attribute my cookie success to this. There are still a lot of bean specks in the bottom of the bottle after you have finished with it. I have a trick for using them. If you want to make a perfect cocktail, you should pour the vodka into the bottle and shake vigorously, then pour the vodka back into the bottle. I haven't tried it yet. I think it would work well with whisky. I will not bake without this. Next best thing to a bean.

👤The product was exactly what it was described as, and no substitution of a similar product was reported. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I have used this product for many years, ever since I saw it used during a local cooking school demonstration and bought it from their shop. I have kept bottles of it for a long time and when the cap comes off it still has a good punch and I don't notice any change in flavor.
