The Perfect Pots and Pans Set is a must have for any cooking enthusiast. It is also a good gift for your loved ones. The cookware set also includes pan protectors, cleaning sponges and pan scrapers. The copper chef cookware in this set is oven safe and compatible with all stove tops, unlike competing non stick pots and pans sets. The non-stick ceramic coating on the inside of the pans is designed to help transfer heat. It is long-term and durable, unlike standard non-stick coating. The Home Hero pan set is designed with the user in mind. The pieces in this set are heavy duty. The handles are designed to maximize air flow so they don't conduct heat. If you have a question about the Home Hero cookware set, please do not hesitate to send the seller a message on Amazon, they will respond within 24 hours.
👤Not impressed with the product. The baking pan was ruined after one brownie baking session. It was stuck with a white haze after we cleaned it with the included sponge. The stick is notexistent. A small pan which is used for single egg cooking has lost its non stick capability in about three uses. The pots and pans looked good. Their style is nice. It is hot garbage after use. The pots are only used for boiling water or pasta. I don't believe this stuff is safe to cook.
👤The 14th of August is known as the worst day of the year. I decided to go outside for half an hour to breathe in the fresh air after eating a delicious Tuna sandwich. My roommate decided to cook himself something to eat after he decided he was hungry. Thirty minutes of blissful bliss pass by and I had to return to 'the clock' to finish my shift. I am hit with a smell when I open the door. I remember burning garbage cans when I was a kid in a small lake town. The locals would burn their trash in big metal barrels because there was no village garbage service. I cursed immediately. It doesn't matter if you take your pick. The burner was on the highest number and the pan was unattended. I realized what happened. My roommate was trying to kill us. It's just kidding. I grabbed the nearest hot pad I could find and opened the lid to find the remains of the finest plastic spoon money could buy. The smoke alarm sounded when it detected smoke in the living space, and I heard the sound of their people yelling that the smoke had been detected. I take the burning pan and lid out to the back yard where they can cool off. What did I do? I think my pan is a goner. It can't be saved. I would have liked to have gotten a before picture. It looked like a Semi-truck collision. When I told my coworkers that there had been an attempt on my life, my roommate started trying to save what he could, and the pan came back from the grave. We laughed. I cried. All is still usable. My lid will always be marked and ugly, but I hope this review serves you well. I have had these for a few months now and they are great. This cookware set is very good.
👤My daughter's new apartment is where I bought these. She had a set of pans. It was not compatible with the pans. She used a cookie sheet as the lid to her skillet. It's a funny thing. Everything had been scratched and no longer had a stick. Before I decided on the Home Hero set, I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. I already have a couple of their products and they have held up well. I was very impressed with the quality of the pans when we unbox the package at her apartment. She was impressed with the handles. She is left handed and sometimes has trouble with how the handles feel. She liked that the pieces were light. She said that they cook everything evenly on the electric stove. She's been using them daily since she got them, and she hasn't had any issues with food sticking to them. She loves that they are easy to clean. That's a big deal for a sleep deprived college student. This set came with pots and pans, bakeware and accessories. It's a kitchen in a box. When I bought this set, it was a significantly lower price, but this set is so great that I would still pay the current price.
It is recommended to hand-wash. The set includes: fry pans, 1 quart and 2 quart sauce pans, a Dutch oven with lid, and a spoon, ladle, and spatula. The cookware set is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Care and use: All cooking methods are safe for PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium free. The frying pan needs to be washed in hot water and liquid to remove dust. Before you use it for the first time, rub a little cooking oil into the non-stick coating. When the T fal pan is ready for use, know when with their thermo spot indicator. The handles are heat resistant and the glass is Vented.
👤Compre unas ollas. Tengo 15 das usndolas, son malsimas. La capa protectora est levantando. malsimo para el organismo, pero se viene aderida a las comidas.
👤The set looked good and I was happy with it. The bottom of the frying pan is completely different by November. I tried putting it in the dishwasher. I tried using non abrasive products to clean it, but it didn't work. I am going to throw this set away because it is so bad. The saucepans are decent. You can get a set of 12 pieces for 70 bucks.
👤We love to cook and are very rough on cookware. The last set of pots and pans looked like they had barely made it out of the battle. We started looking for something that would be tough, look good and last a long time. We decided to research at Amazon after viewing cookware sets at places like Williams and Sonoma. The price for the Expert set was $65 and it had great reviews. We decided to order it and give it a try, and if the set failed or went wrong, we knew we had Amazon's warranty at our back. There is a The set arrived three days later and we immediately used it. The cookware items seem to be of high quality and the teflon non-stick coating seems to be high quality. The cookware in the Expert set has a red thermo-spot temperature indicator in the middle of each item to let you know when the pot or pan has been properly pre-heated. The set is made of high quality aluminum and will heat up faster and more evenly than the other types. I will go into more detail at a later time, but so far, it is holding up well. There were no problems with the teflon coating. The finish on these items is still very good, and they can be used in the dishwasher as well. They are easy to clean and look brand new. What more can we ask for? The cookware set is ten times more expensive than other sets. Highly recommended and five stars.
👤I got this set for non-stick and dishwasher safe cookware because I like Tfal products. I've only used it a couple of times, but it's definitely non-stick. I missed my return window because I waited so long. I still use these pots and pans, but I wish they were non-stick. I will probably donate the non-stick set that I am looking for.
👤Teflon based cookware is not something I like since the coating eventually comes off, no matter the quality, price or how dedicated you are to following the manufacturer's directions. I'm hesitant because of the research and studies that show how this stuff is not very good for you. For me, the ends justify the means. I'd rather have a small amount of Teflon over time than a lot of oil and grease. If you don't want to add a lot of fat when cooking certain foods, non-stick is a good thing. I've gone through a few T-Fal pans in the past, but I try to be careful. Don't stack the pans, cook on low heat, preheat first, non-scratch utensils, a bit of oil, and don't use abrasives when cleaning, all help. This is a perfect price point for replacements. I use the pans all the time to fry. I can stay healthy by cutting down on oils and fats. I don't put it in the dishwasher if it's dishwasher safe. It's a great deal to get these on sale. I've used expensive non-stick cookware and they're the same. They may last a bit longer but eventually they will stick. "Lifetime" warranties are useless. They will get you to mail it back, inspect it, and deny your claim so you're out postage. Get something cheap. This set is for you. Plan to replace it every few years. Don't get upset.
Lifetime warranty. The set includes a 1.5 quart saucepan with glass cover, 2.5 quart saucepan with glass cover, 3 quart saucepan with helpers handle and glass cover, and 8 quart stockpot with glass cover. Experience professional performance with an aluminum encapsulated base that heats quickly and spreads heat evenly, eliminating any hot spots and providing versatile performance. The cooking surface does not change in appearance or react with food. It is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Sturdy and sleek design will have you cooking your absolute best. Every time, measurement markings give you ease of use. The handling is exceptional. Side grips and helpers are riveted to ensure a lifetime of perfect balance. The flavor lock lid results in your best cooking results when you receive a drip-free pour. Lifetime warranty.
👤I'm a chef. I bought this product with high hopes. For years, Cuisinart has been a great brand. The pots and pans are great. The quality of the steel is good. The handles that they used to attach to the cookware are made of cheap crap. The first time I made soup in a stock pot, I had to store it in the fridge for a couple of days. It is common practice for a chef. It is common practice for anyone who cooks to do so. The food chewed through the pits of the rivets. They deteriorated in 3 days. The cookware has the same behavior over time. I'm afraid to cook out of these pots and pans because of the heavy metals in them. I don't understand why you would make a good pan, but attach the handles with cheap product that breaks down from simple food and washes over time. Please tell me about this.
👤Highly disappointing. There is a This is my first set of cookware. I saved up and purchased this set for myself after using it before. A dad is on a single income. I work 60 hours a week. These pans are terrible. I have tried everything to like these pans and cook with them. Everything sticks. I don't understand it. I have seasoned every pan. Food still sticks even though I use less oil or use a lower temperature. It is extremely frustrating. Several top cooks have given me suggestions on how to cook with it. It is impossible with these pans. I am stuck with them. Save your money for something else. There is a They look good. They are a major PITA to clean because they are impossible to cook on.
👤This pan set is really enjoyable. The 13- piece was originally used. I am glad I went with this one. The 13 comes with a strainer for the stock pot, while the 11 has a steamer. I have 3 strainers from previous purchases, so I chose the steamer. They are all the same. I like the set. I would love to share a tip about using and cleaning. If you want to make clean easier, you should butter or olive oil. Bring that beautiful shine back with the use of vinegar. I promise it will be great. My husband used to question why I buy it, but it has many uses in the house. I used it and it was gorgeous and you don't need a lot. I would definitely buy again. Make sure to register your product on the warranty card. This company stands by their products and it doesn't cost anything to do this. I hope my review helped. I chose the 11- piece because I didn't need the 13- piece, it was a little more expensive, and I already had a strained groin. I love and recommend all of them.
👤I absolutely love this cookware. I burned some sauce in one of the pans, but it was just my luck. I followed the directions to get it cleaned up. I have never had food cook so evenly in this cookware that I don't have to clean it up. If you are a stickler for spots, you will want to wash and dry. If you are like me, you should wash them, dry them, and put them away when you need them. I will warn you about the lids. They get hot, but not real hot. If you have sensitive fingers, you should use a pot-holder when lifting off the lid. Do not use this cookware on high heat. I burned the sauce by tossing it. I haven't used anything higher than medium-high and everything has turned out great.
Let cookware cool before washing. Do not wash saucepan in dishware. The pans in the set have a non-stick coating inside and a heat resistant paint on the outside. The saucepan in the set is suitable for all cooking surfaces, including ceramic and electrical. The 1 quart saucepan is not suitable for cooking on the stove. CONVENIENCE includes a black bakelite handle for easy handling of the pan/s and a glass lid with bakelite knob to keep the food protected. These saucepans will serve you for a long time. Care instructions Use a soft cotton or linen towel to dry the pans, and use a plastic or wooden utensil to keep them in great shape.
👤These pots are used to heat milk. I don't expect them to last forever, but the non-stick is doing well and I don't think they will last forever. There is very little left to clean after drinking the milk. Potential buyers should be aware that these pots are small, but that liquids don't boil over the top like some other pots, making me feel more comfortable filling the pot higher.
👤The saucepans give off a terrible smell when used for cooking. It is frightening to think about what could happen to my family if I cook food in that smell. Very worried.
👤The saucepan by Utopia has a steam release in the lid, but it doesn't have an added protection of contents overflow upon boiling. The steam release in the lid and rolled rim of my other 2-qt saucepans from other manufacturers prevent the pan from overflowing, which is what I like the most about them. The saucepan by Utopia requires a lower level of content than the others. The design is the difference. It makes a difference.
👤I don't need large pots anymore, so I like the smaller ones. I like the steam holes in the glass lids. I hand wash my pots because I have found they last longer when I don't put them in the dishwasher. The pots are great for the price.
👤I ordered these pans because I needed a quart size pan. I was happy with my purchase when I got them. They were well made and sturdy. I threw the packaging away because I thought it was great. I noticed the pan was leaking after using it for the second time. The handle on the pan has a small leak. It must be lower than the screws if I put liquids in it. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on useless things.
👤The handle was comfortable and the weight was sturdy. The sauce pan was made of flimsy metal and did not distribute the heat well. So far, so good.
👤The picture shows the issue with the saucepan. The handle of the 1 quart saucepan is heavier than that of the saucepan, so it can't stand on its own. Let's cook some hot food in it. In the full load status, it stands flat. After removing hot foods from the saucepan, it can loose its stability and fall on the floor, which can result in severe burns. It can't cook evenly and it can't stand flat. I returned the product after observing the issue. The 2 quart saucepan seems to work.
👤I used both of them within hours after receiving them. Both are heated evenly. The tops have plastic handles so you won't get burned. The packaging was very sanitary with two layers of protection, something I have become very concerned with in these difficult times. If I notice anything abnormal over time, I will update this review. Can anyone tell me why Silverware sized plastic utensils are not made? I'm not talking about the kind of food you get at the store. I have been unable to find giant-size spoons with holes, giant-size forks and large Spatula's that are easy to use in small sauce pans and skillets. I forget and damage the non-stick surface when I use regular silverware. Thanks to anyone who has suggestions!
Hand wash is recommended for dishwasher and oven safe. The package includes 1 x 10 inch copper pans. The frying pan set includes three frying pans to fit your family's cooking needs. The bottom of the frying pans can be used for electric and ceramic cook tops. The frying pan is made of professional grade aluminum. The pans have a double coated interior which makes it easier to cook and clean. The bakelite handles are riveted to the pan for safety and comfort.
👤This week, I got these. Yesterday I cooked 3 eggs. Didn't notice anything strange. We have some ground beef. It's pretty disappointing. If you can, I would give this brand a miss.
👤These pans are great. The sizes work well for me. They didn't all work on my stove top. I only use steel, iron and steel on my top, the bottoms have to have enough metal to make my stove work, if they don't it will not work. Amazon has a great return policy and will send me a new set. The set was returned by me. Hopefully the new set will work.
👤I've been using the T-Fal brand pans for a couple of years and like them, but they don't compare to Utopia's set. There is a The bottom of Utopia's set is made with a very light heaver aluminum, the handles are much more convenient, and the nonstick is much more smooth. There is a Cooks are easy to clean.
👤These pans are the best I have ever had. I have never had a frying pan that could cook these things. Chicken cook up better for some reason. I would probably pay the cost of the three for the one that is the most useful for me. I would like to see Amazon carry more of these. I highly recommend them.
👤I was surprised when I used these pans. The first time I tried the small and medium sized ones, I was used to something of lesser quality. yet. I was amazed that my thoughts will be the same. Nothing stuck, pans heated evenly, and are easy to clean. I wish I'd gotten these before I spent my money on other inferior pans.
👤I wanted to buy these for my cook top. They are too light and the bottom doesn't have a flat surface so they are useless for my stove. I'm tired of trying things that claim to be for cooking with gas. I won't purchase another pan online. I don't like the return process and the waste of time.
👤The Copper Chef fry pan is more expensive than this set of 3 pans because it is heavy gauge aluminum. The non-stick surface is the best I have seen. The prices of the sizes we need are less than the other fry pans. It's the best value for the price.
👤You can buy pans with a more durable coating. These skillets are an excellent buy. Food slides off of them when I use minimal oil. Cleanup is easy. I have owned iron pans, enameled iron pans, tri-ply pans, and a carbon steel pan. Non-stick pans are my most used skillets. The last Utopia skillet was a good one for a long time, but it was the subject of abuse by other people. I think these will be good for two years, which is all you can expect from skillets used on a daily basis. There is a These seem to be lighter than my previous Utopia skillet.
It is safe to cook in the oven and dishwasher. The pots and pans are dishwasher safe and are suitable for all cooktops. It's suitable for all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. Made of extra-durable forged aluminum. The 4mm gauge is resistant to warping and denting. The Fadware professional interior is easy to clean. 100% free of lead, PFOA, and PFOS. The handle is extra-sturdy and has a comfortable grip. The steam vent on the glass lid allows you to view food while cooking.
👤Good looking and a good cook. I put shelving between the pieces but the edges chip easily. They should have a rim that is strong. They do the job if necessary.
👤I saw some stone cookware in action and was very impressed. I decided to get some for myself. The set has exceeded my expectations. They are sleek and attractive. This set shines in performance. I never realized how bad my old pans were until I used these. This set is very efficient in transferring heat. They cook more evenly than my old pans. There is a The cooking surface is non-stick. Nothing. Nothing sticks to these things. That also means that it is easy to clean up. All that is required is a sponge. No elbow grease is needed. There was no sticky gunk to remove. Nothing! When I'm done, I put a small amount of cooking oil in the pan and wipe it off with a paper towel. These things need to be kept performing like new. I have never had better cooking results with my gas stove and these new pans. I thought I was a better cook. I used inferior equipment before. This set makes cooking more enjoyable. I hope they last for a long time.
👤You get a lot of pieces for this price. They cost so little that I was a little uneasy about them. I'm impressed with them. They are light but have enough weight to cook evenly and take some heat. They can go into the oven up to 500 degrees. That's as high as most home ovens go. Every single one of them thought of this. It's easy to clean, run them under water and then put them in the dishwasher. 100% dishwasher safe! I ran them and they all looked good. It's so easy to clean them, you might not want to use up the space in your dishwasher. The food slides around as I cook with them. Did I say I was impressed with these?
👤I love these! The Fadware professional pot and pan set is reviewed. The manufacturer says that these are free of PFOA, PFOS, lead, and cadmium, and that you can take a paper towel to wipe this inside surface clean. I have had a nice set of steel in my family for a long time. My set is not oven-safe, and it works on all cooking platforms. These are functional and attractive. You can put them in the oven. The handles are comfortable. The glass lid with a steam vent is a great feature. This one has features that I like. My husband doesn't care about that, but if the food is sticking, it drives me crazy. The heat distribution works well for me. I have to be careful with my other cookware. I had to move around to get what I was making cook evenly. I'm happy that I'm getting decent quality by spending a reasonable amount of money. I refuse to use those unless I cook pasta sauces, soups, and more. I don't like the idea of having to scrub it all off. Simple and easy have no idea how Mom did it all those years. I like the pots and pans that I have so far. Baking is easier if I cook a sauce, add something to it, and transfer it to the oven without using more pans. I think the layers of materials help the heat conduction, after looking at the holes/dots on the bottom of the pans. The heat seems to be pretty even when making breakfast food. There is a These rugged handles are not easy to use. Others are straight and these are curved. I use a potholder when not on the heat source, but in many cases, you can go without it, because I have a slight curve that helps with comfort. The set is made of strong material and promises no handles getting loose. The pans/pots have one of the lids on them. We didn't have to discard the set because they are in the family, but I intend to use this one daily. I am happy with the surface. The materials are better than many items that I have purchased as single items, and more quickly, but they will cost a bit more without many features. I am happy with the work I am getting. There is a The cookware set is of great value. I serve guests or just for them, and the aesthetic does matter. If you want a set of cookware that will last you a while, these are a success. I am impressed. Enjoy!
You can sip a cup before your brew cycle ends with their Brew Pause feature. The set includes a 1.5 quart saucepan with cover, 3 quart saucepan with cover, 3.5 quart sauté pan with a helpers handle and 8 quart stockpot with a cover. The design isdurable. The Triple Ply Construction features a core of pure aluminum and a brushed finish. Even heat distribution is possible along the bottom and sides of the cookware. The handles of the Cookware are secured with rivets and self-basting. Cleaning and cooking are both done in kitchens. A polished cooking surface does not change in appearance. The food's juices and vitamins are sealed in tight-fitting STAINLESS steel. The covers and cookware are dishwasher safe. OVEN SAFE: The oven is safe up to 550 degrees F. It is suitable for use with cook tops. Quality is the criterion for commitment to it. The great French kitchens inspired the creation of professional cookware by Cuisinart. Cuisinart cookware is made of the finest materials available to perform all the classic cooking techniques. The MultiClad Pro Stainless cookware is designed to meet the demands of gourmet chefs everywhere. Lifetime warranty.
👤I waited to write this review as I wanted to use them for a few weeks prior to rating and reviewing. I can't compare this set to other sets of cookware because it's my first set of them. I've only used a few styles of non-stick sets. Teflon, ceramic, "green pan", copper chef, etc. I have never bought a set of cookware before, but all of the others have been gifts. I chose these because the copper would most likely tarnish, even though I was trying to decide between these or a set that Calphalon were heavily discounted at the time. Sauce pans were tested by America's Test Kitchen. The winner was out of my price range. I thought the Cuisinart Multiclad unlimited should perform like these. There is a The Pros of STAINLESS STEEL are that it will last a lifetime and more heat will be evenly distributed. The tapered rim makes pouring a lot easier, and I always have a paper towel handy. Eggs are cooked without sticking. There is a It is more predictable to cook. Cons. The cookware can be removed, but must be very careful with preheating and not overheating, as it could be sensitive to temperature shock. Most if not all cookware is. Stains can occur on the cooking surface, especially if you get some stuck food, so first I'll discuss the cons. I gave it a good soapy and water bath with a plastic scrub sponge and noticed some marks on the cookware. This isn't a problem, but it does make me want the pans to look clean. A little Bon Ami/Bar Keepers Friend can fix anything. Don't do this often as these are minor abrasives. This leads me to... The finish is mirror like. I wish all of the surface had a brushed look. You will get swirl marks if you use Bon Ami/Bar Keepers friend on the upper parts of the cooking surface. This is the second time in a row that I'm afraid to keep my new set looking new. They will scratch and get swirls. The mirror finish makes it worse. It won't change the performance of the cookware. It can be preheating or over heating. The pans can heat up quickly, even on medium. You need to make sure you don't over heat the pan while preheating. Food will be badly stuck/burned if over heat is used. This is going to be a typical multiclad cookware. If you don't like this, you should stick with hard anodized. A temperature shock. This should go without saying, but the last thing you want to do is put this under cold water. I've seen reviews where pros have done this and the pan was fine. You run the risk of warping cookware if you do this. Just... Don't do it. There is a There's not much to say here. If you don't abuse the pans, the outer and inner surfaces will last forever. There is no reason for throwing out a non-stick surface that slowly turns into a reason. There is a The heat is evenly/ quickly. The fact that these pans have an aluminum core sandwiched by a steel helps them heat up quickly. If my stove top were more level, I would be able to make frittata and other things more consistently, but I can't do anything about it without the whole stove being level. There is a I've poured out soups, sauces, and bacon grease. It pours out smooth and easy. I don't think it's a bad thing that it's drip free as I always have a paper towel or something handy to wipe the edge. The force of habit. Eggs without sticking. I've read many reviews that say eggs are crazy to these. It's the only thing that made me think about cooking eggs before I even thought about the easy eggs on these. Eggs swirl around on these pans just as well as any new pan. You need to make sure you heat the pan right. I have not tried putting eggs in with butter yet. I would think it would work. I usually put a small amount of canola oil in the pan and use a paper towel to cover the surface and sides, then put a small amount of butter in the bottom. I haven't had any eggs stick yet. I threw out my old non-stick. I was around for eggs. There is a Because the pans heat evenly and they're superconductive, cooking is much more predictable and you use less heat. I used to cook most things on medium high. Medium has been equivalent to these. You can set the heat to low and just let it go when cooking polenta, rice, etc. I was a bit worried that the lids wouldn't be see through. I have come to not care. I always say "I love these pans!" when I cook with this cookware. I haven't had food stick to them yet. At the point where the food is being destroyed. I haven't tried fish or pancakes, but I think they would stick. If you are having a problem with your food sticking, you are doing it wrong. You are most likely heating the pan. You should be able to figure it out if you watch some videos on the internet.

👤I bought this set because it was the only one I could find that had all the pieces I needed. I am going to keep the 4 pans as a set because of the coupon that made them a really good price. I plan to upgrade eventually. I'm adding a star after using the set for a couple weeks. They are nice to cook with. The handle feels good to me.
👤Everything is perfect for cooking.
👤The pots burned under the heat. Not good quality wouldn't buy them again.
👤Even with just your hands, it's very easy to bent.
👤I bought this set for myself after buying it for a gift. The nonstick works well. I like the colors.

👤I spent too much time reading reviews before deciding to pull the plug on a set of pots and pans as I wanted quality over quantity. I paid for the product and waited. I received a notification that my order was shipped. I checked the tracking information after a few days and found no information. There is no information on where the order is. I contacted Amazon to find out I have to contact the company. I do. My order was marked shipped but never arrived. There were 8 days. The product is very visually pleasing. I don't cook a lot because I live alone and work a lot. The bottom of the pan became scratched up fairly well. After a few more days, I am told that a tracking number will be sent when a replacement is sent out. The set is clean and comfortable to handle. They are not dishwasher safe. I would not have bought them if I had known this. The company is devoid of any remorse or desire to correct the poor experience they provide. I received a replacement for the pan that was damaged. Out of the control of the manufacturers. I contacted them again to tell them FedEx damaged their product, but never received a reply. The owner berated me for posting the review during the discussion of replacing the pan.
👤I am very happy with this set. This is a great collection. Everything I needed to make my old, worn out cookware look better was in it. There is a The pots are of high quality. They are made of heavy quality metal. There is a brief inspection of these pots. I knew they were good. In high value kitchens. Each lid is perfect. There is a steam vent in the handles to minimize burns. I didn't need to add butter to cook my eggs in the pans. I almost have the nerve to try pancake flipping because they are so easy to flip. 👤It's not easy to clean everything that sticks to them.
👤We paid a lot of money for a terrible product. It is bad for any food you cook.

👤If I had purchased from them and not Amazon, they would have honored the warranty because they claim it doesn't look at this pan after just one year.
👤The pans are a nice hybrid between the two. I burned food in them and it takes about 5 minutes to clean it up. I was able to cook potstickers with only one sticking. I am able to cook my salmon on the grill. The pot rack hole at the end of the handles makes them perfect for hanging the pan on. The pan lip is a great way to prevent drips from coming down the side of the pan. When cooking liquids at higher temperatures, the lid steam vent helps prevent boilover. 👤I tried to find contact information for the manufacturer before I wrote this review in an effort to bring a flaw in their cookware to their attention. I couldn't find a way to contact them. I got this set of cookware a week ago. I threw out my old stuff and washed them. I usually wait a few months before writing a review, but I wanted to warn other consumers of what happened to me. The set is black granite with wooden handles. I washed one of the pans that I used. The handle on the lid was loose when I dried a few items in the rack. The base below the knob shattered when I tried to tighten it. Yes, shattered. I am not the Incredibles. I didn't use a lot of force.
