It's perfect for cooking up beef, chicken, pork, fish, or vegetables. Smoking wood pellet produce smoke quickly. Smoker pellets work great with gas grills, charcoal grills, smoker boxes, and even indoor smokers. BBQ Wood Pellets can be used to create a smokey flavor. The wood is kiln dried and made in the U.S.A. for the best performance. Pairs well with meat and poultry.
👤There was a lot of pellets for those wondering what size they were.
👤It was grossly overpriced. Total waste of money. I was so excited to find the product description matched what I was looking for, but I didn't realize it was a double handful. I would have gotten more smoke.
👤It was too expensive and little product. Unless you want to try it out on the backyard grill.
👤These are ridiculous. They are small containers for $7.00. Not worth the money. There is no value here. Don't buy!
👤I put the pellets in my gas grill away from the direct heat and only had to burn one hour for the entire tube. Most other pellets will burn for 4 or 5 hours.
👤I have a Weber electric grill that I like to smoke occasionally. These work well in smoke pucks. I put two pucks on the grill as it heated up and when it was at high temp in about 25 to 30 minutes they were smoking in time to put the food on. I used half of them the first time, as I didn't need smoke for a long time and just did steaks for a few minutes. I used less pellet for some burgers. You don't need much to get a good smoke going, and you don't need to use two pucks. I tried using dry wood chips on the grill, but it couldn't get the chips to smoking, so I'll stick with the pellets for the grill and use chips for the charcoal grill.
👤The value for money is not known. It's like a measuring cup for smoker pellets. I got 15 pounds from Lowes for 9 dollars.
👤The flavor was nice, but had a little trouble with staying lit, so I filled my tube twice.
👤Vraiment des petits pots de granule.
Cave Tools magnetic fridge recipe sheets can be used to cook a bad burger. The woods of northern America were the source. Smoking pellets are all natural. There was no added scent, spray, or glue. It's ideal for grilling and smoking meat. Premium-grade, pure-hardwood. The wood fibers hold the pellets together.
👤I would've been five stars if I hadn't found 40lb bags at Sam's club. I use these in my pellet grill and along with a mix of chips in a smoke tube for cold smoking. I used real wood before my Traeger. The green and charcoal are in a side box. When I moved to a pellet grill, I was disappointed in the lack of smoke and flavor. It's a win because the other pellets don't have the same grittiness as Oak. A full body smoke flavor with the above mentioned combo. Good luck...
👤I used the pellet smoker to cook Chex mix. I will use the flavor on my next rack of ribs. I also bought the same type of pellet. The cost of pellets was in line with the prices at brick and mortar stores. Definitely would. Pitt boss again!
👤The product is a good price. I love my pit boss grill and wood pellet.
👤These have become my favorite on the Pitboss grill. It was just right. If you handle the bags gently, you will have pellet dust.
👤The pellets were much longer than the treager ones. Some were 1.5 inches in length.
👤They had good smoke and great flavor. There is a The shipping box was destroyed and lost some pellets, but there were two bottles of free rub inside the box that made it.
👤I bought this for my dad for his new smoker grill and these are a great value for your money and work so well.
👤Great purchase for the price. At the time of my purchase, I paid $16. The bonus seasoning was a big surprise. I was not expecting a container of seasoning to be added to my order.
A 20-pound bag is needed for the Oklahoma Joe's pellet bucket. All-natural food grade pellets. Premium solid hardwoods are used. The content is ultra-low. All natural virgin hardwood.
👤I smoked some cheeses and let them mellow for 36 hours. After a long time of smoke. The ash on the leftover coals in the bottom of the grill had a yellow tint to it, rather than the grey ash they started with. If you have to throw out what you've cooked, why save money? I lit them with a torch, so there was no added fuel.
👤I am very pleased with the quality of the pellets. They burn well and stay solid. I keep them in a plastic container until I need them and they stay in one solid piece. The ones that are left in the feed bin for a period of time are the same as the ones that are left for a few months or more. I used them to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving and they worked great. The bird had a great taste and was infused with the skoe. I had to order another bag because I ran out. There is a Good price. It does not plug the pot feeders. My wife likes the taste so much that I have to keep cooking. I like to cook on my smoker. I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
👤It's perfect for the Smoker Tube. A standard BBQ ligher won't light them up with a gas torch. I don't recommend adding any fire starter cubes or fluid as it might add foul smells. A bunch of cheese was smoked in my grill Tube in the bottom, and then I put it on top of the Smoking Stone. I left the middle ring out because I wanted to add ice to my smoking. In Texas you need ice to keep the cheese from melting.
👤The apple wood has been a great way to start with our new smoker grill combo. We've cooked everything so far and it had a mild, smoky flavor that didn't overwhelm the taste of the food.
👤My husband and I love to shoot. The Camp Chef smoker has apple wood pellets and the food is really good. They produce very little ash. We smoked a turkey with this and only produced a small amount of ash. Our family had smoked turkey, a fried one and an oven roasted one, all of which were good, but ours was the favorite.
👤I'm not sure about this purchase. I've smoked two different times now. The first and second were about 2 hours and 4 hours, respectively. The pellets burn well. I used a heat gun to light them up. The chicken and pork ribs had a lot of smoke flavor. The apple flavor seems to be non-existent after I purchased it. If you are looking for a strong apple flavor, I would look elsewhere.
👤It is important that the pellet is rated food grade and made from wood, otherwise it will not be good for smoking food. If the pellet is made with Oak, they add a cherry or apple flavor. You aren't buying a 100% cherry or apple. The Oak is not desired.

👤Only half of the order was received. The signature pellets come with the order. The notification was late and never got delivered. It disappeared from my order list. Not sure what happened. This was the first issue that I had. I want to warn people because I think it is right.
👤Great for my mom.
It is made in the USA. All-natural food grade pellets. Premium solid hardwoods are used. It was a perfect blend of Maple, Hickory, and Cherry.
👤Children bring more value to life. Except for smoked meats. These are pellets. My life has improved a lot since I got mine. I get along with my wife. My kids are happy. My dog is happy. I have these pellets.
👤I think it's OK in my opinion. They gave a good smoke flavor, but they aren't as efficient as other brands. I use these each time and I have brown residual around the lid of my smoker where other pellets weren't present. I have more ash after smoking with these than I do with others.
👤We love this for our smoker. The Traeger leaves a nice smokey flavor. If you want to try something new or just a different brand, you should definitely buy again. The delivery time was great and it lasted us a bit.
👤The flavor I am looking for is not made by these pellets. Maybe it is a Texas thing, but we don't smoke with wood in these. I like both types of food. I don't want to eat the meat I smoked.
👤These pellets are okay. I have a camp chef grill. I smoked some cream cheese with these and can't say that they were any different than another brand. That is a perk, because they are cheap.
👤One of my favorite blends has a taste for ribs and salmon.
👤The package smelled like oil when it arrived. The smell was revolting, but not sure if this is how the pellet smell is. Some kind of cooking oil had gone bad. Also, full of wood dust. Not going to try the bag.
👤Smoking pellet is great. Good smoke is created.
👤It's too hot and burn fine when needed.
👤My son received it as a gift and he liked it.
Pairs well with meat and poultry. The Kona best BBQ smoking pellets variety pack provides an outstanding variety of flavors for an entire grilling season. Only 1/3 to 1/2 cup is required per use. All natural is Sustainablysourced. No artificial flavors. Sprinkle directly onto charcoal before grilling if you add a Kona Smoker Tube. You will not be disappointed if you go to the next level. You can add to the cart now.
👤This was the best sample I could find and I would have liked to have had a sample with actual woods. The woods and mixes were good. The mixes became mixed mixes because of the high price and the busted little bags. Overall, they were good.
👤My son is in Houston. The smoke and smell of the pellets were very pleasant for him. He likes to use the pellets with the Charcoal Manager.
👤When I ordered this, I was excited. I didn't know how much burn time I would get out of the pellet grill I purchased, because I didn't know how long it would take. The sample sizes are small even though the pellets have a decent burn time. I had to use extra bags on some spare ribs because I was trying to go slow. When I tried burgers, I had to add an extra bag to get the true flavor because I needed my temp higher. The sample sizes are pointless because this is a good company that puts out a decent product.
👤I read the product description poorly. These are too small to be of much use in a pellet grill. I added them to my other pellets.
👤It is easy to smoke or grill with these pellets. The results are good. There is a There is a wide variety of wood pellet choices, from fruity to favorites like Mesquite and Hickory. I will purchase again.
👤They smoked a lot but it was dirty smoke. They were in a smoker tube for about four hours. The smoke was not as good as using wood chunks.
👤What a great item. You can try different flavors and decide which is best for you. Good value too. They can be very expensive. The big easy smoker grill has a great addition. Love them both.
👤My father in law loves to smoke meats and cheeses, so I gave these to him. He loved trying the large variety of smoke pellets.
Selecting the pellet + rub option pairs their recommended Traeger spice rub to each wood pellet flavor. Adding wood pellet to your grilling experience will enhance it. Premium gold pellet bring out the cherry flavor. To any meat, poultry, pork, seafood, or vegetable product. Pure wood flavor can be found in everything you grill, bake roast, or barbeque. The larger diameter pellet allows them to last longer than standard size pellets. A long burn with smoke.
👤When purchased, it didn't tell you how many pounds were in the bag. The product was listed at 40lb. I assumed it was going to be 40 lbs. There is a bag. I looked before buying but could not find the weight. The bag was only 28 lbs when I received it. You learn as you live.
👤These GMG pellets are great. The burn was clean and long. The blend of fruitwood is hard to find in the area. It's a great blend for meat. It's used for everything from salmon to burgers. Product was in good shape after delivery. Will continue to order.
👤I loved it. I'm kind of a girl. I would try this. My husband put it on the steak. He knows me. I don't like to eat. It was great. You just have to see if it's good for you. I recommend it.
👤Two pheasants were smoked on Thanksgiving with these pellets. They came out well. The fruit blend smoke flavor worked well with the birds. I had less than an ounce of ash in the ash collector after smoking for 3 hours. The burn is very efficient and the taste is great. Would buy them again.
👤A friend suggested I try the Texas Blend pellet when I bought my Green Mountain Grill smoker. They are my favorite. I would definitely order again after this order came right on time.
👤I used to use the pool store's pellets. I wasn't getting full heat from my grill. Couldn't get above 400 degrees. The quality of the pellet is what makes a difference. These work well.
👤I just bought a smoker and fired it up. They started right up and seem to work well. The pellets were packaged well. The bag should be re-sealable. I'm being picky now. I have a Traeger at home and bought a pellet named Davy for camping, but I'm curious if these are the same pellet. Highly recommend the seller, they were impressed with their customer service and sent me an email to make sure I was happy. People, thumbs up!
👤The delivery was fast and worked well in the smoker.
👤The price for pellets is good. There is not much choice for pellets in Australia. This is a great alternative.
We make it right. All of their products are covered by Amazon's Return Policy and they always stand by them.
👤I've been BBQ-ing with Mesquite for over thirty five years. These pellets are not similar to mesquite in smell or flavor. It is similar to some brands that masquerade certain wood types. Very disappointed. I'm going to use the hopper as compost in my garden. Don't waste your time with wood. Mesquite is not.
👤Not familiar with burn or pellet usage. These for the life of me will not last. The best way to get them to stay lit is to microwave them for a few minutes. I have turned them to dust to use in cold smoking applications.
👤I got a pellet grill and bought some pellets. They burn great and give the right amount of smoke. Would buy again.
👤My husband smokes meat in his smoker. It gives a nice red smoke ring when he smokes. The flavor is light but the color is amazing.
👤It's great for smoked cheesecake.
👤I smoked some ribs and they were amazing.
Each bag contains 1 pound of each flavor. 1/3 cup per use is needed. It's easy to use. Works with any type of grill. It is made in the USA.
👤I liked trying different flavors. Even though it was a bit pricey. I own a Traeger grill and smoker. The problem is that by the time I got the 1lb bag for each wood flavor, it was almost gone. Trying to use one. So had to mix wood pellet combinations. It was disappointing for sure. I didn't realize how much my smoker used. I thought I would have enough. Not sure how people can say they have smoked so much. I have not been able to. It's a great way to try different smokes.
👤These are what I expected. There were undamaged plastic bags. There is a I think there is some confusion about the purpose of the pellets. There is a They are best used to add smoke, not as a source of energy to cook meat. I use a smoker. It has a mechanism to add hardwood chips to the electric element. It has proved to be unsatisfactory. The 12" Stainless Steel Smoker Tube Smoker Box is a great example of how these chips can be used. I put the pellets in the Smoker tube, set the open end on fire with a propane torch, and let them burn for five minutes. After blowing out the flames, I put the smoker tube in the electric smoker to make sure that the meat doesn't get stuck in the pellet. This works well. Only outside use is allowed. Cook at a low and slow temperature. Cheers!
👤My husband got a smoker and started smoking. I bought these for my dad. I know they are a sample pack. They are small. The instructions for how to use these are in the picture. It is done by putting a foil pouch on a grill. I was upset because I thought he could use them with the smoker, if you combine them all that kind of defeats the purpose. A picture of the variety pack next to a regular bag made the difference. It would have been nice for my husband to try different flavors. We know we don't like it. $35 is a bit pricey. I think the flavor is good, we've heard great things about it. Value for money is not good. Warmth is notapplicable for smoking food.
👤I bought the blend at Home Depot. The smell of the pellets is so good. It's real wood, not liquid smoke. The Traeger pellets have oil-based flavors. When I smoked it, it smelled terrible. It's hard to go back to regular pellets once you have quality ones. The flavor pack is great. I can get a few uses out of each bag. I know which flavors I like, so I will order directly from them. These are not fuel pellets. Generic hardwood pellets are "diluted" with these. At first, I was confused about how expensive it was. When I realized how much better this stuff smelled, I was like, "okay, ok." I understand it now.
👤I use the A-maz'n smoker tube to smoke. I put half a cup of my choice in the tube, put them on my grill gate and light them with a propane torch. Blow out the flame after burning for 1-2 minutes. You can put meat, fish, cheese, or nuts on the top shelf of your grill. The pellets will burn for 2 hours and give you a wonderful smoky flavor. It's a great way to get that "low and slow" smoke flavor when you have enough time to grill your meal.
Virgin Hardwood Trees from Central Iowa and Missouri. ERRY WOOD was fired. It's flaVOR: With Traeger Cherry Hardwood Pellets, baked goods, chicken, and pork are enriched with a subtly sweet, fruity flavor. The best wood-fired grill on the market requires the best wood pellets on the market. Quality materials and perfect smoke are tied to real taste. All-natural hardwood pellets are made in American mills. The perfect honeybee has been developed by Traeger for years. The hardwood's compact cell structure results in a balanced burn. Traeger has spent years mastering the development of hardwood pellets that have just the right amount of moisture content to maintain a perfect burn-to-smoke ratio. Pairs. Pairs well with beef, poultry, pork, lamb and baked goods. Premium Quality, All-Natural, Clean Burn, No Binders, 20lb Bag are features. Please note. You may receive old packaging if you are pictured with new packaging. Selecting the pellet + rub option pairs their recommended Traeger spice rub to each wood pellet flavor.
👤I would like to give a zero stars rating to these pellets. These are the worst pellet you can use for smoking on a pellet grill. They don't tell you there is no Mesquite wood in their pellets. None of the flavors have that type of wood in them. They use a base of alder and then treat the pellets with oils to make them taste good. I spent hundreds of dollars on Traeger pellets and I felt stupid when I found out. I could not believe the difference when I found the pellets. The meat coming out of the grill was better. I use a brand called Lumberjack that is 100% mesquite and you can spend a few extra dollars to find it. If it doesn't say 100%, you are getting less than you want.
👤If you read up on them, they may be hardwood, but not the aromatic species advertised. I sent all of it back. Be aware. The lumberjack pellet is better.
👤I have had bad luck buying the blend pellets twice. I bought from both Amazon and Costco. The pellets have turned to dust in the hopper and caused problems with the grill. I have never had the other pellets break down like this. I will avoid the blend variety from now on.
👤The pellets smelled old when we opened the bag. The bag that we got was years old and had been sitting on the shelf for a long time. We tried to use them in the smoker to see how they burned, thinking we'd smell that wood flavor once they lit. Nope. There was no smell at all. Completely useless. We emptied the bag and threw it away.
👤You read the label and think you are getting 100% natural hardwood, but you are wrong. Guess again. Traeger uses cheap oak or alder wood and then adds oils to give it a flavor that is supposed to be on the label. I don't know how these oils don't count as unnatural. I wish the consumers win the class action lawsuit that Traeger has been hit with. The difference is night and day when you try those and real mesquite. Do not support a dishonest company.
👤The pellets are made of CRAP. We used Traegers Hickory Pellots from Costco and had no issues. We bought the apple wood through Amazon. The traeger caught fire. It was frightening. The pellots look like cheap pressed wood that you find in old kitchen cabinets. The size of the pellot is not even and I think it poses a problem in the burning processed. They turned into wood dust when they were put into the hopper. The smoke coming out of the hopper is not normal. After removing the meat from the traeger, my husband and I found what we believed to be the problem. There was a full layer of sawdust inside the covered hopper. That didn't catch on fire. We won't be using them again. It was a big waste of money. I finished the turkey in the oven. It was a big disappointment.
For use with charcoal, Electric, Propane, Natural Gas, Smokers, BBQs and Grills. All Natural Pacific Northwest tree. Chemicals or oils are not added. The smoked pellet is smaller than other brands for longer smoking. The sport type is camping and hiking.
👤I like the fact that the Grill Pellets are smaller than other brands I have tried. They work well in the automated feeders. These bags are very small. It took two of these 5lb bags to fill the small hopper on my grill and I burned both of them up during one long cook of two Boston Butts! It is less expensive to buy other brands. The price is too high for the quantity. Quality is good, but it needs to be noted that they are blended and aren't 100% pure wood of the species indicated on the bad.
👤They worked well in a smoke tube. Constantly burn. I will buy again.
👤Not all cherry wood is created equal. These are mixed with other hardwoods. Will be buying other brands as you can tell the difference.
👤Adding cherry to meat and fish is my favorite way to smoke. It's not as bad as other woods and is sweeter. Do not smoke if you want to avoid overdoing water. I use less time.
👤The smoker tube has a great taste and burns evenly. It will burn for 2.5 hours once loaded.
👤I used to like my brisket very much. It cost a few dollars, but it was worth it. Will buy again.
👤It worked well for cold smoking cheese.
