👤This is worth the price. This is the way to cook meat. Excellent results. Don't get a special bag to cook with. baggies work great You don't need those bags. I didn't get the special container. The oven worked well. The recipe calls for a little decrease in temperature if you increase cooking time. The best result is a long cooking time. I did chicken thighs. Then sear again. The only way to sear is with a cast iron skillet. 1 cup of butter. A little more than 1 ounce of olive oil. It's too hot to just smoke. A clove of garlic. 3 minutes on each side. It was perfect!
👤24 hours to cook a roast. The people have never taken cooking classes. They already know that you can cook a roast in a few hours. It proved to be more effort than it was worth after having to sear and season it. I have never cooked a roast like this in the oven. The deal breaker for me was the lack of flavor. It is not as good as oven roasted. It would be tasteless if it wasn't for the seasoning. The 24 hour method, 12 hour method, and 6 hour method are all sub par in terms of flavor and texture. I cooked filet steaks, ribeyes and NY strips and after grilling them they tasted bland. I think the funniest part was their recipe. They recommend placing them in a saucepan with oil and butter and cooking them on high heat for 15-20 minutes, which is the case with their instructions for cooking Brussel Sprouts. If you were to eliminate the 2 hours in the Sous Vide and just cook it on the stove for 20 minutes, then that would be great. That is how you cook Brussel Sprouts. There is a The product is geared towards people who have no cooking training. If you want to cook your vegetables and meats in the oven, you can pre cook them in freezer bags or vacuum sealed bags and then transfer them to the oven from a pot of boiling water. Adding additional steps to the cooking process robs foods of texture and taste. I can see how large restaurants may use the large commercial Sous Vide cooker to thaw and partially cook meats before cooking them completely on the grill, but they're catering to a large clientele that fluctuates in volumes and it becomes difficult for them to leave meat out at room temperature for obvious They claim that this is a great time saver. If you know how to cook them, you can cook them in less time and they will have more flavor and texture. It is not rocket science, just take some classes. They are offered by a number of retailers and are usually just one evening for a few hours. If you want to get more out of a class than you will get with a gimmick, you should purchase an introductory class.
👤We got this unit in time for the New Years roast. It was going at 132 degrees. It started making a very loud and vibrating sound after 4 hours. I later learned that it means stop, as it flashed 570P on the display at one point. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. There is a I will have to wait until Thursday to see if I can get any customer service. The unit is going back if not.

👤I grew up eating rice everyday. I have had a sturdy, reliable, fairly indestructible rice cooker my entire life. We've only been using it for a few months, but it works well. Perfect rice and properly keeping it warm for days is what it should be. I can see this being a great replacement for the reliable 10-cup machine I used to use.
👤I don't think it makes perfect rice, but I'm not picky about that. I'm poor. I've only made about a cup of rice, but it can make a lot more. The rice it makes is very fluffy and easy to clean, as far as I can tell. This is a steal, and in my case it has improved my cooking routine immensely. I don't like reviews, but if your question is "is this a good rice maker for an affordable price?", I'm less of a words person and more of a "I just kind of know how it works" person. I would say yes. It won't be disappointing. I'm not getting paid to write this, I'm just a regular consumer who has good things to say about this cooker, I'm just sharing the experience.
👤Clean up is easy because the inner tub is removed. Don't pace under your cabinet while it cooks because it gets a good amount of steam going. Add water and veg push button. If you give it a try, it's so easy to make a soup again.
👤We owned a couple of slow cooker and rice cooker. This one retired both but also offered so much more. Extra room on the counter makes it easy to clean. It has been working extra hard for us but it has done everything perfectly. Exactly what we asked for.
👤The design was slightly changed at some point and it now only keeps warm for 12 hours maximum, instead of the 24 hours claimed on this page. There is a If I wanted a rice cooker that could not keep warm, I would buy a cheaper one, not spend 70 dollars on one that didn't have the most important feature. Your upgrade destroyed the usefulness of your product. The description on the product page seems to have been changed to indicate a change in the model's capabilities.
👤I bought this food steamer because it is versatile. It can prepare a lot of different things. I thought it would be smart to get it since I like to eat at home. I can make breakfast, lunch and dinner with this product and it makes my life so much easier. I mostly cook rice with this and it comes out perfectly cooked, it is not too soft and moist and it is not hard. It is very easy to clean once I have finished using it.
👤I rarely write reviews but this Rice Cooker really did change my dinners. We've been able to make many different types of food. I'm looking forward to using the Yogurt mode. Most rice consuming households should own this product.
The customer experience was designed in San Francisco. Thousands of sous vide recipes are available for free in the Anova app, created for cooks of every skill level. Mini donuts can be made in minutes, perfect for snacking, entertaining, and kids, and more possibilities are endless. Quick and easy: short on time? Choose your preferred batter. Even your kids can use it. It'sTILE: This appliance is perfect for people with busy schedules who want to make 7 donuts in 7 minutes. The surface makes it easy to clean. It's the perfect wedding or new home gift because it's small, takes up little counter space, and it's trendy color options will match any kitchen décor. The 760-Watt DASH Mini Donut maker is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty and includes recipe book and recipe database access.
👤The donut mixes are expensive, but they taste better than store bought mixes. I tried the small muffin mix bag with a small amount of milk and it was perfect. I put the muffin mix in a quart zip lock bag, put the milk in, and then cut a hole in the bottom of the bag to make a pastry bag. Viola! What? There are little donuts in about 3 minutes. Without a bowl to clean up! It will make about 14 mini donuts. If you like, you can add a powdered sugar glaze.
👤This donut maker is not a product with a name like "Express". The instructions state that each batches needs a flip and a total bake time of more than five minutes. The recipes make 28 donuts, divide them 7 times, and have a 20 minute bake time. I found that the heating was not even and this resulted in the donut being cooked. A mini donut pan that fits in a toaster oven is better. You expect a specialty product to produce superior product. This is not the case.
👤Nope, not at all. My 9 year old is obsessed with donuts. We are having so much fun with the batter and glazes that I could probably sneak broccoli in there and they would be a hit. It's one of the best gifts she could have asked for, because now she gets donuts all the time, and we have low donut standards in this house. It's easy to use because I'm a kitchen klutz and haven't messed up yet.
👤I made some banana cinnamon donuts with nutella glaze. Who could complain? Great alternative to banana bread. The plates didn't have any issues baking or cleaning.
👤My daughter was able to make her first donuts. Great product!
👤Absolutely amazing. It took me about 5 minutes to make the dough and 1.5 minutes to make the donuts. I love when dash comes out with new products so my family and I can continue to make wonderful memories.
👤I immediately made banana donuts from some ripe bananas that I had. They came out perfect and loved how fast it cooks. In 2 minutes donuts are done. They are mini so you don't have to worry about popping a couple in your mouth on diet days. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
👤A great donut maker. Easy and fun recipes. We started with chocolate frosted. Maybe apple cinnamon with a beverage. The machine is nice, it has many recipes.
👤Avons an essaye 2 recettes et elles fureur. Je ne l'aime pas. Les beignes sont petits. Le gout is a pain in the joints. Tout de vos gouts personnels. C'est un intrument.
👤This donut maker is awesome. My 7 year old daughter is very happy with it. I love it. She is a donut maker. It's very easy to keep the donuts clean.
👤I was surprised that it makes great little donuts. I'm still learning how much batter to put in each cavity so there is no spillage, but cooks great and is easy to clean.
U.S. bases support. Dash provides contact information in each product manual. The best of both worlds is what a sous vide cooker is. Five years ago, slow cook pots were new. It is time to try sous. The high wattage is high. The 1100 watt machine will get you up to your desired temperature in no time. No more waiting for dinner to start. Thanks to the motor, the sous vide is quiet. The Greater Goods sous vide sounds like an ocean liner, but it only has a gentle ripple. The temperature range is nearly 150 degree range. For a good slow cook, you have to cover all the bases. Anyone can use it. You can just stick it in a water bath, set your temperature, add all your ingredients to a bag, and then dip it in. It's like a jacuzzi for food. It is sleek and slick. They think this sous vide is easy to look at. It is a device made of all latex free materials that you can impress your friends with. A good looking kitchen machine. All the little things matter at Greater Goods. There are two units of measurement, fahrenheit and celsius, a manual calibration feature, a negative timer, and a dishwasher safe cover for their sous vide.
👤I like this device because it can be used in your kitchen. If you decide to purchase a Sous vide container, you can get one for about $20, which is less than the cost of a bulky one. You can use this with a large stockpot. It's easy to use and does a good job of keeping the temperature accurate. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple and easy-to-use portable sous vide, even though it won't have some of the advanced settings you might be looking for. A nice pan sear is what you should use to finish off some of the food. You could pick up a flambé torch, similar to what you'd use for crme brlée. Fine cooking and gastronomy-level cooking is what sous vide is for. It's not a quick way to cook food. This isn't an instant pot type device. This will help you to cook your food in a way that is perfect. It means that you can leave without cooking or drying your food. You can finish off the sear you want with a perfect texture and temperature. I believe that all households should have this for when they want to cook a little more fancy. You don't need to get vacuum-sealing items. You can use your typical bags to seal them more quickly and cheaply.
👤I received this cooker in return for a review. I have no other units to compare to because this is the first sous vide cooker we have ever used. There is a The human interface is very easy to use - plug in, adjust temperature, click, adjust cooking hours, click, and that's it. The only things that are not intuitive are the ones that have a button on them and have to turn it off for 2 seconds, 4 seconds, and 6 seconds. I recommend that you put your finger on the center of the wheel as you are less likely to disturb the setting that you just dial in. There is a The unit heated 4 quarts of water in 23 minutes. It can hold up to 16 quarts. The kitchen temperature standard is the Thermapen Mk4 and I checked the accuracy of the temperature with it. The temperature that you set is what the two agreed to. There was no need to calibrate the unit I received. There is a The unit is silent. You can hear the low sound of the circulating water if you strain. It has a 5 year warranty and is very well constructed. There is a When the timer expires, the unit continues to heat and shows the time past the timer setting as a negative number. When the timer expires, it doesn't shut off. I'm not a chef, but I was very pleased with it.
👤If you're like me, you'll find it hard to get steaks/fish/meats cooked to the perfect temperature in the pan, and this thing will help you to step up your cooking game. It's not that complicated to cook sous-vide once you've seen a few videos and tried it out. I'm still a sous. I can't really compare the GG to other circulators but I'm very pleased with it so far. Simple but high quality. There is a This is a solid choice. Look at the clip on this thing and compare it to the other options in this price range. Everything is sturdy and can be adjusted to fit different pots. The strong hold is important when water is flowing. Can it be connected to your phone and turned on while you sit on the toilet and look at graphs of temperature levels? No. It has all the features I needed. GG always has great but simple products.

👤I don't like cooking. I don't like the mess. It takes too long. My cooking is not as good as it looks in the books. I got the Cosori Air Fryer a couple of weeks ago, and I've been happily cooking every day. It's ready to go when you pull the box out. The basket and pan are all that was needed to clean them. The buttons are easy to understand. You have a snowflake for frozen foods, fries for fries, bacon for bacon, and also preheat and keep warm. I wasn't sure what to expect when I turned it on. I wondered if it was going to get hot. I thought it would be loud. It wasn't those things. It does get a little warm on the outside, but not hot like an oven. You need to be careful when you pull the basket out of the fryer because it's deceiving that it works so quickly and gets food that hot that fast. I wouldn't call the air moving noisy. When the air fryer is running, the air fryer hears me and my voice is heard by the Alexa. The air fryer doesn't get too hot or spit at you if I didn't have theAlexa there. There is a The air fryer is on my counter. It's become a conversation piece in my kitchen. I had family over the weekend, and they wanted to know what it was. I put on a kitchen demo, and everyone stood around and watched, then ate all of the food, and then they said they needed an air fryer. There is a I've tried the included recipe book and a recipe for chicken fried steak in an air fryer cookbook, but they were not the same. The cookbook included in the Cosori air fryer has a picture of the recipe with it, and the ingredients are not intimidating to those of you like me who don't care for cooking. I like that most recipes call for ingredients I've heard of and probably have in my pantry, which is a good thing for me because I hate going to the grocery store for random ingredients. There is a The first recipe I tried was sweet potato fries. I probably could have left them in the air fryer a bit longer than the recipe called for, but they were still delicious. The best sweet potato fries I've ever had. I bought some frozen okra in the freezer section and threw it in for fun. I put the olive oil in the water bottle and just pushed the button on the air fryer basket to cook the okra. The okra came out very nicely. It had gone from frozen to crisp in a matter of minutes. I could tell the ones I had missed when I sprayed the okra with olive oil. The white ones tasted fine but were weird. I bought a pressurized oil sprayer can that is specifically for spraying olive oil, and it works better than my plastic water bottle. My third recipe is chicken fried steak. This recipe was not in the Cosori cookbook. I wasn't sure how it would turn out because the cookbook didn't have a picture. I've cooked it twice in three nights. The entire meal was cooked in the air fryer, including sweet potato fries, okra, and chicken fried steak. It felt like an elaborate meal with little time invested, and my kitchen was not a disaster after cooking all of that. I only had a few plates and a couple of bowls that I'd used instead of pots and pans and baking dishes that were piled up on my counter with a greasy stove to clean. There is a I tried the cheese sticks the next day. Baking soda was used instead of cornstarch. Did I mention that I am terrible at cooking? The mozzarella sticks worked out well. It was probably my fault. They crisped up quickly. They were not like the picture in the recipe book. The cheese would have been better melted on the inside. The inside was not really melted and it seemed like the outside was really bad. Even though I used the wrong ingredient, they weren't bad, so I'll give it another try. They were still good despite not tasting like mozzarella cheese sticks. I used the included cookbook to cook the grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. These did not turn out as expected. I used the right ingredients. The cheese wasn't as squishy as it would be if it was cooked on the stove. The recipe called for double the amount of cheese would be perfect if I had done that. The bread was not brown. It was difficult to melt butter on the stove, brush it onto the bread, and grate cheese before putting it into the air fryer. It was fun to try a grilled cheese sandwich, but I can get one in a pan quicker. I will try the recipe again with more cheese. I think I can make it better. I tried the pizza from the recipe book. I did not use pizza dough. I like to eat pita bread. I followed the instructions as if it was pizza dough, which means preheat the air fryer, brush your crust with olive oil, and then put it in the air fryer at 320 for five minutes. Then you add more. I put pizza sauce on my pizza. It's done if you put it back into the air fryer for another five minutes at 320. It was great. I'll make another for lunch. I had to cook one at a time because I couldn't fit the two pieces of bread in the basket together. There is a The cookbook that comes with the air fryer has a recipe for coconut shrimp. The kitchen would normally be filled with a lot of mess, but there was only three bowls to dredge the coconut shrimp and then a plate to put them on. When you preheat the air fryer, you pop the shrimp in for eight minutes. I'll add more coconut in my dredge next time because they were very tasty. I couldn't really taste the coconut in the recipe. I've never tried a new recipe in a cookbook, but I keep picking out new ones. I've included pictures of the fried steak, pizza, grilled cheese, and coconut shrimp that I've made so far. You have to get used to cooking in batches. I wanted to make four chicken fried steaks, but there was only room for two. It's not a big deal. You can cook in batches. I had to make three different pizzas since I couldn't fit all of them in at once. Two grilled cheese sandwiches fit into the air fryer at the same time. The cookbook that comes with the air fryer is full of pictures. There are more than 100 pages of recipes. For example, you can find recipes for stuffed french toast, BBQ bacon, ribeye, meatballs, fried chicken, crab cakes, wings, pigs in a blanket, french fries, onion rings, roasted corn, cheddar biscuits, cinnamon rolls, pound cake, and orange. Without the cookbook, I would be lost. It tells you which button to press on the air fryer, so you can learn how to use it while you're actually cooking, instead of having to read an instruction manual cover to cover. There is a After using the air fryer, I didn't have many dishes to clean. The air fryer is easy to clean. Everything just falls off of it. I'm barely cleaning it. I wash it in the sink because there's nothing left on it, even though the description says it's dishwasher safe. I like how I can put soap on it to make it clean and ready for my next recipe. The water beads on it, so it dries quickly. There is a The air fryer has only one negative, my impatience with one of the controls. The temp/time can be shared with one button. If you have a recipe that requires you to adjust the temp or time, you have toggling the button. If you need to change how long to keep something in, you hit the temp/time button again. I keep hitting time when I mean temp and not temp. There is a When you pull the basket out, the air fryer cuts off because there's nothing in the bottom. When you put the basket back in, it will be the same temp and time settings as when you put it out. It would be great if it remembered your setting. When I had to make pizzas in batches, I had to run the air fryer for 5 minutes for one crust, then 5 minutes for the next, and so on. When I pulled a crust out, I had to reset the time and temp. I began to notice how bad I was atggling the temp/time button. The time/temp button being shared and the air fryer not remembering your last time/temp are minor drawbacks. The air fryer is my favorite kitchen appliance and they're the only negatives. I don't have any experience with an air fryer, so I have nothing to compare the Cosori air fryer to. I did my research. I read the reviews, watched the videos and crossed my fingers that I was buying the right one. I couldn't have picked a better one. I'm excited to cook for the first time. French toast sticks will be on the breakfast menu tomorrow.
The included items are a hand blender, whisk and milk frother. The easiest way to make a smoothie is with the NutriBullet. Load it up with your favorite whole foods, then push, twist and blend your way to a healthier lifestyle. The 600 watt motor and refined blades blend whole foods into liquid fuel for your body in seconds. A 600W motor base, an Extractor blade, a to-go lid, and a recipe book are included. Powerful blades break down tough ingredients. The plastic cups are long lasting. Simply remove the blade, rinse with soap and water, and put the cups in the top rack of the dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning. This item comes with a limited edition. Refer to the user manual before use. The product was built to North American and Canadian electrical standards.
👤The cup was torn apart when I put a small ice cube in it. I tasted bits of plastic after drinking the smoothie. The cup was brand new after just three uses. Weak quality and false advertising of the product.
👤I've been debating on buying this for a while, and I've been going back and forth between Amazon and other stores, but I'm afraid to commit, and the price was way better on Amazon. Despite some negative reviews, I went ahead and purchased a gift card and followed the directions given to me by many users. I have had it for 3 days now and have made a smoothie every day. I made a smoothie with a frozen banana, raw oats, peanut butter, and oat milk and it blends great. I know it sounds weird, but yesterday was a frozen banana, frozen tropical fruits, frozen oats, and some romaine lettuce. I could barely taste it. It was great and again, more frozen stuff, but blended well. I added walnuts to the smoothie today and there was no issue with it. Before you start using the Nutribullet, you should read the short user guide. I have a sheet that shows you how to put your food in the device on my refrigerator. This blender is not meant to blend things without liquid, so add a decent amount of liquid. If I'm trying to cut down on calories, I'll put some water in there to make it taste better. I got a 3-year warranty just in case. I expect to use this for a long time. One of the best purchases I have made so far.
👤My first bullet was this one. I bought one a few years ago. It lasted a long time. I was surprised that this one stopped suddenly, started smoking and smelled like it was burning on the first use. It wasn't packed to the max. It was under the max line. It didn't smoke or smell like it was heating up again, but once again it stopped mid-mix, and my contents inside were not blended well. I'm not sure what's going on. I would either like a refund or a replacement. This was a bad purchase. There were problems with it the first day. I tried to get in touch with Amazon customer service to get a refund, but it still doesn't work well at all, even though I tried. It was very frustrating. I can send it back and get a refund.
👤I've used this 5 times. The instructions were followed. Didn't overfill the cup. Didn't tighten the blade. Didn't blend for a while. Everything was washed thoroughly. The gasket on the edge of the blade part came loose when I opened the blender to drink my smoothie. I bet that happens all the time, I'll simply reseat it. You need to buy a whole new blade because of the 0.25c gasket coming loose with normal use. There is a They know what they're doing. They make a lot of money on the replacement blades and other parts of the original unit. I've heard people complain about the same thing. Thought it was a unit of a machine when it first appeared, but now it looks like the same junk everyone else is selling.
The purpose was built for sulfate. The Anova Precision Cooker Container was designed to encourage superior water circulation with a curved body shape, a raised base, and an integrated wire rack. You're cooking with the best. Use with any poison. The Anova Precision Cooking Container has a flexible lid collar that allows for the use of nearly any style of sous vide. No steam escapes from your cook while maintaining maximum heat retention, thanks to the food-grade polycarbonate and Silicon sealed lid. It means no water loss to evaporation and more precise temperatures during your cook. Simply fill your Anova Precision Cooker Container with water, attach your sous-vide circulator to the container, place or clip your sealed bag of food beneath the integrated wire rack, and you're ready to cook. The container, lid and rack were included.
👤Don't waste your time, as the title suggests. It's cheaper to use tiny weights to hold things down. I decided to do a review after 2 months of having this. The container has been used a few times but it has become warped. The metal guard is supposed to keep food out of the water. The lid doesn't sit flush.
👤Two years ago at Christmas, I received an Anova sous vide heater/circulator. Have used at least once a week. It produces perfectly tender and juicy meats with very little effort and consistency. We achieved this success using an old stew pot. This was fine for most things, a couple pork chops, chicken breasts, steaks, stew meat, but when it came to larger roasts and a newly- purchased silicone egg cooker of 10-in diameter which didn't leave room for the Anova itself, I thought it was time to move I ordered from the Anova brand without looking at alternatives because I was so confident in their product. It arrived on time last Friday. I unboxed it, hand washed it, set it up, and immediately began to notice issues. The Anova device is sloppily attached to the end of the container. It takes a lot of water. The rack is supposed to keep food submerged, but it is useless if the food is less than full. The rack can slip off into the deep if the water is not heated to 130*F or more. The lid intended to retain the heat is not that easy to align and seat properly for the same bow-sided reason, and the silicone flaps that help seal the lid around the Anova heater-circulator accentuate the wobbling and lid alignment issue. The results were cooked to near-perfection, but the getting there was disappointing, not an improvement over my previous rig. The model seems to be based on speculation and unknown theory, and the next version should have a better receiving slot, a more secure lid, and a lower ledge on the rack. Adding a petcock with a 3' hose attachment might be a good idea. This one goes back since I've seen some of the better features on other models. I might give you a second chance if you let me know when you update.
👤The size is large. The wire rack is a great idea, but not reality. When water is warm, the rack falls out of the grooves. You have to fill the container with water in case the bag floats up to the wire. There is an inch of water around the food. It's difficult to put the container in and take it out if you clip to the wire. The lid is pretty strong. If you need to check food, getting the lid off or just trying to turn it to the side is a bit of a struggle, and will have water dripping everywhere from the condensation on the lid. So yeah... I don't like this. I like the shape and size.
👤I have upgraded to 5 stars. The customer service was excellent. They sent a return label to me. The replacement was processed as soon as the label was scanned. I received it quickly. A good company and a good product. This product and the company are recommended by me. On April 23, 2020, I purchased my Anova Culinary ANTC01. I used it five times. I went to Amazon's website to return or exchange it after I noticed it had developed a large stress crack. It passed the return window. I went to the website to check out the warranty information. They offer a 100 day return policy. If you buy it directly from them, that applies. I don't understand why. They are a seller on Amazon as well. I submitted my request on their website. I like the product, but it seems to have been damaged. If you want this product, and my opinion is it is a good product, you should buy it directly from Anova, not from Amazon. I will update this after I hear back from Anova.

👤How to pick a good air fryer? A good air fryer is a convenient appliance that you can use to make traditional deep fried foods without having to worry about the calories in the oil. An air fryer is a small oven that cooks food quickly and evenly by blowing hot air around it. There is a The DREO and the Ninja are two good choices for an air fryer. The two provide a lot of value for the price, but they perform differently when compared. There is a The two air fryers are quite different. The Ninja has a small front display that can be adjusted between temp and time, while the DREO has a beautiful top display that shows the time and temperature. When you pull out the basket to check the food, the DREO shuts off the fan. The DREO is whisper quiet, whereas the Ninja is much louder. The Ninja is larger than the DREO on the counter. The results of cooking. The ultimate test of any cooking appliance is its ability to create food. Here are the results of the tests I did with several foods. Steak. The secret to a good steak is getting a nice sear on the outside while leaving the inside tender and juicy. The results from my first pass were ok, but not great. I started taking temperatures at 6 minutes after running both air fryers at 400. The Ninja was already at a medium-well temperature. The DREO ran for 8 minutes. There is a The steaks were disappointing, but I remembered that the DREO can go up to 450, so I made another pass, and ended up with a better steak. The DREO won this round easily because the Ninja has a lower temperature range. There is a I usually roast Brussels in the oven for half an hour. The air fryers cooked these up in less time. I set the air fryers to 400 for 15 minutes. Both of them were done at the halfway point. The Ninja was over done. I think the Ninja is harsher on the food. The DREO had better results for this dish. Chicken and Broccoli is similar to steak in that you want a good sear. You want to cook the chicken all the way through. I am happy to say that both air fryers produced delicious and juicy chicken in about 8 minutes. There is a The DREO and the Ninja had great results when the broccoli default time was 300 for 10 minutes. I think this was a tie between the two air fryers. There is a The dehydrate function is an interesting feature for both machines. The Ninja comes with an extra rack so that you can lay out two layers of food to dehydrate, making the most of the small space in the 4 quart basket. The bananas were very sweet and tasty after 10 hours. I would call it a draw between the two air fryers. Chicken Wings. The dish was the ultimate test. I keep my deep fryer because I make Buffalo chicken wings. A signature of deep frying is its juicy, tender meat inside. I used the DREO chicken wing preset for 20 minutes. The Ninja can't select 380 because it changes in 15 increments, so I used 490 for 20 minutes. The final results without and with sauce. I did a follow up test with the DREO after I wasn't entirely satisfied with the results from the Ninja. I cooked this drumstick for 20 minutes and then finished it at 450 for 3 minutes to crisp the skin. I did not repeat this with the Ninja because it can not go over 400. I am pretty sure I could put away my deep fryer for good, because this was much closer to a wing than a deep fryer. There is a It can be hard to choose the air fryer that is right for you. With a few days of use, it is clear that the DREO is the better option over the Ninja. The sleek design, quiet fan, and consistently better results make it a clear choice between these two, and it's retail price of $89.99 compared to the Ninja's $119.99 offers way more value.
It's easy to clean. With their precision-control technology, you can achieve chef-like results with half the effort and minimal monitoring. You can easily clean the Pod and keep it in a drawer. The bowl scraper attachment is used to keep ingredients close to the blades for more even results and to save you time when chopping or pureeing. The generous 10 cup bowl can hold a lot of food and not have to stop to empty it. A large feed chute can fit a whole block of cheese for quick processing and less prep time. A food processor can be used with a vegetable chopper and with a s-blade chops. The food processor's low and high speeds plus pulse give you the control you need for a variety of recipes. S-Blade for chopping was included.
👤The reviews and videos of the food processor were great when I was researching, but when I used it as I wanted, it did not retain any splash, I am not sure if I got that. My other two units that I used for years did not have a seal and did not have the leak spilling problem.
👤My food processor was too small for some of my recipes. The reviews seemed to agree with the bill. It was a major disappointment. When it is used full it will overflow through the middle area. There is a mess. The on/off switch won't turn after 1 year. My 30 year old Black and Decker had to be pulled out of the middle of a recipe.
👤The plastic pieces broke after several years when I tried to replace a Cuisinart. I thought I would save money, and after reading the reviews on Hamilton Beach, I thought it was worth a try. I was wrong. This is the worst food processor I have ever used. It has two speeds, Fast and Super Human. When you are trying to grade cheese, neither work. Everything is going to be butchered, and it came with only one blade. Not the way I wanted it. I replaced a good quality product with a piece of garbage in order to make my wife mad. Don't purchase this item if you love your wife. P.S. Even though Amazon usually has a 60 day return policy, the return button is missing, so it's even worse.
👤The processor we bought in 1988 was less than 3 cup and is like coming out of the Dark Ages. It has done everything well so far. It was used to make the dough of 2 pumpkin pies. Do not Over Process - keep your finger on the pulse button, that's what I have learned. The pies turned out perfect with the correct amount of processing time. The pulse and selection are too fast. The caveat in processing time would have been better if the availability of a slower speed for making dough was available. There is a slight problem with the slicer. It slices fairly well, but it slices in different ways towards the last part of the item. It's not that great for presentation purposes. I thought I'd point that out. A good value for a good processor. Will report back if there are any problems. So far, so good.
👤Even though it says it is a 10 cup bowl, you can't fill it over the level of the blades without it leaking. The lid has no seal so any liquid that reaches it will come out. I called Hamilton Beach and they said that even though this isn't specified on the box or advertizing, it is in the booklet that comes with it. The bowl scraper that I thought would be a useful feature only comes to the top of the blades, so if you can only fill it to there, it is useless. They wouldn't do an exchange or a refund, and recommended I buy another product. That won't be happening.

👤If you will, you will see a Ninja innovation. There is a I'm a Ninja Fan. I use their device all the time. I use their foodi all the time. Ninja is reliable and versatile, two things that I like in my kitchen. You were aware that there would be a "but" coming. There is a The problem with the air fryer was that it would be better to grill the food than air-fry it. I could do it and the results were acceptable, but I always thought there should be a better way. We are here. There is a Foodi does it. In spades. It's a very well designed and engineered indoor grill with the added benefits of air frying that I love so much along with baking/roasting functions and dehydration. I'll hit these in turn, but this thing is awesome. The main event is indoor grilling. This is exactly what Ninja does here. It's not designed to provide square feet of grilling space, but for four hamburgers, two-three steaks, unless it's my steak, in which case it barely fits one. Yes. It's right-sized, I like steak or five-six thighs. It uses the same system as my other Foodi but it works crazy with the grill application. The grill plate is heavy and requires a lot of warm up time before you cook. The warm up gets the grill plate nice and hot, put the food in there, and you have a nice, hot grill. It's going to be great to eat jerk chicken in the winter. There is a I made grilled garlic Zatar naan with this. The result was fantastic, it took about two minutes after warm up to finish. It was hard to keep away from other people in the house, but I made it. It's mine! You can make your own. Grilling meats, seafood, and other items go just as smoothly. While other indoor grills in that you grill with the lid down, open the Foodi to check on things, doesn't mean you'll lose much in terms of heat recovery... cooking time was not delayed because it came back up to temp fast. If you oil the meat you get grill marks, and results for meat are fantastic. This comes with an air-fry basket so I can rest my steak while I cook. Right? It's not worth doing up a bunch of fries. Air frying works the same as my other Foodi. There is plenty of space for such things. Buffalo wings are also a natural. I don't know what Ninja does, but I don't care. I eat well that night because I push a couple of buttons. Baking and roasting work well. I roast meat using the air fry basket since I want the air circulation to be all around the meat. A small roasting rack will work here if the dimensions are off. I always sear a roast before putting it in an oven, and that step is still required with this device. The Foodi is ready in about five minutes, whereas the oven takes about three hours to heat up. I'm happy that it's big enough to handle a medium roast. There is a Dehydrating is a new feature in the Ninja stable, and it works better for smaller batches than my dedicated dehydrator. A little hacking will increase the amount of food you can dehydrate here. For backpacking meals, I put pasta in food saver bags with cheese powder and powdered milk. I have a cup of boiling water and Mac and cheese. It is pretty easy to care for. The interior pieces are dishwasher safe. There's a grease collector on the back of the device that's easy to clean. There is a This thing is perfect. It has a large footprint. The physical size doesn't matter if it's something that's going to be used a lot. Counter space allocation is a given if it's a useful device. Foodi is a big part of the house. It's an incredibly valuable addition to my kitchen and even only having it for a short time it's already become a nearly indispensable part of my kitchen equipment. It's great.
